We are glad to read that you have enjoyed the quality of our food and beverages as well as the service offered by our staff, on the other had we are very sorry to read that you were not able to profit from a restoring sleep during your first night even though the music at the wedding was turned off by midnight. We are very happy to welcome all wedding/events celebrations at our Palazzo Palina, located opposite to our hotel, but we are always very careful to make sure our guests are not disturbed by music or noises because we fully understand the importance of peace and tranquility which our guests look for when booking their stay at our beautiful resort. We are sorry that due to a misunderstanding our reservation department/ front desk has not charged the right credit but on our email exchange with you there is no trace of your request concerning payment preferences. Sincerely we have never received a complaint for the noise coming from a nearby construction site, the only sound you could hear it is the one of a distant crane but, in my opinion, we cannot call this a disturbing noise. I would like to underline that Gozo is not a construction site, and in the vicinity of our property there are no major worksites. Our beautiful resort is nested on the Gozitan plateau with a stunning view over Malta and Comino and the board has no intention to deface our beautiful environment. Rest assured that our company is fully committed to preserve the beauty and the nature of this true gem of the Mediterranean. We are currently working to improve the quality of the service offered at our Spa and Gym, we apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered.
