We are just returning from A week here , I would certainly return. The food was amazing quality , all fresh home made with so much choice . Fresh pizzas cooked in a wood burning stove straight to our plates . Lots of delicious pasta dishes as well as steaks , ribs, fresh salmon all presented beautifully . If cakes are your thing you’ll be in heaven here 3 times a day . Each mealtime the Maitre ‘d shows you to your table , brings your bottle of water and any drinks you’d like . The dining area is beautifully decorated too , so all in all a lovely experience . We ate out a few times as we did lots of trips and days out but the hotel food was better every time The pool area is nestled in a cove with stunning views and lemon trees everywhere and birdsong as the back drop. Cleaners are in daily , bar staff are friendly . Peroni on fraught with a full cocktail list and good quality spirits . Just a 15 minute stroll into Sorrento , all round perfect place . Oh free shuttle bus in too if you don’t fancy the walk. Met some fabulous people , so we shared great relaxing evenings chatting and drinks in the bar Thanks for the memories xx

This hotel could be great. The staff are great, the food is pretty good but a bit of a bun fight at times, the rooms are comfortable as a base and clean. The carpet throughout needs replacing. The fixtures and fittings in the bedrooms need updating. The bars are underutilised. Fully inclusive drinks; depends who's serving. Small plastic tumblers for weak lager, prosecco etc. Not nice to drink from. It's a good base for visiting the sites as the train station is less that a 10 minute walk. Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvios etc all reachable. Watch out for pick pockets on busy stations. We were nearly caught out by two but thanks to my partner's quick reaction, and a hand to the throat, they quickly disappeared!! There's a free shuttle into Sorrento with a short walk into the center. Escape the crowds by getting to Piano, visit the palace and take a lift down to the marina di cassano for some peace and quiet. The town of Sorrento is buzzing with great bars and restaurants. O'Parrucchiano is a must and visit their garden after dinner. Amazing oasis. We saw the Three Tennors at the Museum. It was great, very witty, amazing musicians and singers. So much to do, so little time!

Don't listen to any negative reviews. This hotel is beautifully situated. The staff are perfect. The food is perfect. The drink is perfect. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you order a room with a balcony. Special mention to Nina, Joe and Vincento who were brilliant at their jobs, and very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

First of all many thanks to all the staff at the hotel especially to joe and nina big hugs missing you already,what a fantastic week we had in your hotel,food was excellent ,nothing was too much for the staff to attend to,once again many thanks we both hope to return soon,grazie molto .

Stayed here for a 4 night break. Arrived around 13:30 left bags at reception and went for lunch and told to collect room keys after 14:00 and found our bags had already been taken to our room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was a very good size with a large modern bathroom which was lovely and clean. Room was cleaned daily. Nice pool area with a nice pool bar and outdoor restaurant set amongst lemon and orange trees so plenty of shade if needed. 3 nights a week they had a bbq outside which was nice. The staff were all very friendly and had smiles on their faces. Especially liked the courtesy bus which takes you into Sorrento. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay.
