強烈不推薦這家酒店，完全是小某書推薦過來的。 第一，位置很不方便，必須要自己開車前往，然後酒店下午進去沒法入住，房間還在清掃。在懸崖上，沒什麼東西，也去不了海邊。 第二，酒店設定落後差勁，房間和價格不匹配，入住幾天，經歷過兩次停電。Wi-Fi斷掉。早餐要加錢也能接受，但是都是需要自己點，每次加點東西，都很麻煩！！！最後選擇早上開車出去吃飯。 第三，酒店打掃衞生阿姨非常馬馬虎虎，洗漱等用品，都沒有加，而且我們拆開的洗漱用品也不整理一下。 游泳池很大，但是小孩很多，下面的游泳池需要做SPA才能進去拍照。 平均四千➕一晚的酒店 個人覺得不值得，沒有東南亞好，我在ibiza島上 還住了其他酒店，這家是整個行程最差的一家酒店。

A fantastic hotel, clean and well kept. The views are just amazing and staff incredibly helpful. The views are among the best I have seen and the hotel benefits from two good restaurants- one for breakfast and lunch and a separate one for dinner where you can enjoy the sunset. I fully recommend and will be back soon.

I recently stayed at Hacienda for our honeymoon and it was exceptional. From the planning to the departure they did an exceptional job of making this an incredible experience! If you want a small boutique hotel with a stunning setting, beautiful rooms, relaxing spa and quiet location this is the place. The staff were very accommodating and always available for any request. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, spa experience, yoga classes, dining to watch the sunset and relaxing around the pool. Nothing is too far in Ibiza so local farm to table restaurants and adorable towns are nearby, as are many small beaches. We will definitely be back again soon!

In May 2024 we stayed in the Hacienda Na Xamena hotel for two weeks, just the two of us. We really enjoyed the hotel room with the beautiful view. We had a beautiful view from the private bath on the balcony. The personell was very nice, the room was cleaned well every day and a mistake (yoga session reservation had not gone through) was resolved very nicely (free breakfast that morning). We also received beautiful flowers in the room halfway through our stay. We were there before the big crowds (early season) and enjoyed the peace and atmosphere in the hotel. From the hotel we also went on trips to all kinds of places on the island. Walking from the hotel is also beautiful, you can walk quite simply to the high rocks with another beautiful view over the water. It's not possible to descent to the water from the hotel. The breakfast was quite pricey (35 euros per person), but you can choose anything in any amount from the menu and it was very tasteful. We took a yoga class at the hotel, which is definitely recommended. Beautiful view from the yoga platform and a professional and kind teacher. We hope to come back again in the future!

We stayed here 5 nights wishing to relax fully. The view from the balcony was smaller than advertised, even though we payed extra for a bigger view. The room itself was fairly good. We enjoyed the space, comfort and design. The latter is exceptional in the whole hotel area and it was nice to spend the time here (hotel was almost empty). We had good room keeping service. Rather average variety of amenities. 10$ sparkling wine. We had voucher for the cascadas & massage. The latter was just a gentle stroke here and there. Can't imagine someone paying 155eur for 50mins for a gentle oil application on the skin. The cascadas were good, slightly cold water. In a half-empty hotel, they managed to double book the place with other guests. We enjoyed breakfast experience a lot, the staff were delightful. The day-restaurant was offering limited, but tasty quality food. Delivering to the lounge area is a big plus. Some dishes were served both as an add-on to the breakfast menu and in day-menu, but had 10 euro increase in price, just because it is served after 11AM. The drink options and prices were, honestly, a joke. Sometimes, we were charged full price and sometimes different price than in the menu. If you order a smoothie, you're gonna get a juice mix, and for iced tea you get lemon water with mint? The evening restaurant had a lot of high quality dishes, but we were getting sick 2 out of 4 times. The cocktails were simply a sugar syrup mix. Impossible to drink and 21 euro each. The dinner menu had 2 sets of free entres (bread with butter, and a 1-biter), and a good-bye cookies set, (sometimes) brought to you with the check. The check might have errors - stuff with a higher price than in the menu, or was not supposed to be added. Always double check.. They charge 7.5eur for water bottle, that is free in the hotel room. But even so, forget to refill. Once getting sick after a couple of dinners, the reception did not have any medicine or pills to absorb toxins. We were offered water bottles and camomile tea. Do bring everything you might need yourself. The hotel advertised their own car rental, at the time, but there were no options, just e-bikes available. Taxi to Ibiza is 45-50 euro one way. During check out, the staff added +- 360euro TIP suggestion for us, for all the staff service. But we were giving tips during our stay, for the staff, ourselves. Overall, don't see why one should pay additionally, for the "hello" from the staff.
