We have just got back from a lovely stay at the hotel for a week. The hotel and room was spotless, housekeeping came every day to service the room. We ate by the pool bar and had drinks and ice cream which were reasonable. The pool and facilities were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely facial at the spa too which needs to be booked in advance. The location was great for us at the quieter end of Cala Millor with a short walk to the shops and restaurants along the beach. The castle nearby was a lovely walk so definitely worth taking a few hours to visit. We would definitely come back to the area and hotel in the future and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the food couldn't be faulted,, however the hotel is situated 1 km away from the main restaurants and pubs also the beach near the hotel has excessive sea **** along the beach and water line , the pool is in shade most of the day dew to the hight of the apparent blocks so the pool is freezing cold . The taxi to and from the airport is very expensive around 100 euros one way . The area is Nice though and would go back to mallorca again

As previous comments , very clean and modern hotel with a fabulous pool albeit a little cold , but so refreshing . Food is a good standard , typical buffet food but still good . Pool snack bar very good and very reasonably priced for food and drinks . Staff very pleasant . Just a few steps away from the beach . Only negative was the evening entertainment which predominantly was for children and not much to keep the adults there after 10 . Also 2 local shops very expensive . All in all a nice holiday

Our 5th time to Majorca and overall a great stay - great hotel and facilities. Staff and food were great . The kids club and entertainment staff were fantastic . The location (Cala Millor) didn't do it for us. only thing missing from the Euro spar across the street , were balaclava's on the staff ....16 Euro for 6 litres of water. In summary great hotel , location was ok .

Overall a lovely hotel , food of a good standard but tends to cater for the German guests tastes , Dinner is from 6.30 to 9pm but we found that after 7.30 there wasn’t as much choice and food was going a bit cold , you have to pay extra for drinks which is fine but this includes water ! It’s a good walk into the main town around 20 minutes and most things are over by 10pm it is a lovely clean and tidy resort but seems to have lost its Spanish charm

I came on my own with my two girls 10 and 16 as a last minute break. I was really happy on the arrival I thought the location was amazing to the beach with the spa and supermarket on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed our 4 night break in the sun!

A brilliant hotel for the money we paid. We had a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful pool and sea view. We were lucky as I didn't pay extra for this. Hotel staff work hard and entertainment around the pool is great-just enough and not on all day. My children enjoyed the kids club and mini disco- the staff are great and like to get everyone involved. Entertainment was good not too busy in there. Drink prices were good also. Cooking facility in the room are great, we ate in a few nights. I would return to this hotel it's in a lovely quiet spot of Cala Millor.

We really enjoyed our stay, the beach is literally a 3 minute walk away, however we walked 10 minutes up the beach to above d the rocks. The shops, bars and restaurants were 5-10 minute walk away. We actually found the pool bar to be cheaper than the restaurants in Cala Millor, with ice-creams and beer being more than an euro cheaper. Hotel cleanliness was 5*, could not fault it. The only gripe I had was there was no cleaning cloth or washing up liquid in the kitchen area so was slightly concerned how the crockery was cleaned in the first place. Also the beds were quite hard to sleep on and caused a little discomfort. Overall a very good stay, we loved the pool area and it was never too busy to get a sunbed. We visited Aqualand near palma, which we booked through reception and is well worth a visit if you have children.
