Hotel Finca Campo Bello

Only perk is I didn’t take home a bag full of cockroaches‼️ I really hate leaving poor reviews, but Hotel Finca Campo Bello left me no choice. We arrived to the hotel a little after 10:30 PM. Upon entering into the room, in addition to the room being musty, and needing a bit of a cleaning, we were greeted by a cockroach crawling down the kitchen wall. Upon entering the bathroom, we witnessed two 3-inch cockroaches crawling out and back in a crack in the bathroom’s floor board and realize the igloo had an infestation. We immediately called the girl who checked us in and informed her that we would not be staying there due to the infestation. While waiting, I looked down and saw two baby roaches scurrying across the floor. We advised her of all of the cockroaches, and she seem to be very confused about the roaches and “ No one has ever complained before” (now, I am seeing all of the reviews about the cockroaches on Google, I should’ve came here first, instead of looking at all of the lavish TikTok videos) When we got back to the office, I asked the girl what we needed to do to get our money back seeing how we were in the igloo for a complete total of two minutes. She informed us to email who we made the reservation through, as there was nothing she could do. Frustrated because we had already had a long day, we drove two hours back to the hotel. We stayed our first night in San Salvador. I have been emailing and texting back-and-forth. Emails have been ignored- still, I sent the first over 2 weeks ago. Text messages are very vague and eventually she told us there’s no refunds, although that is not what we were told when we were leaving. In addition to that, the lack of detail for this company allowed her to get me mixed up with the completely different customer, whose review I do actually seen on Google. I had such high hopes for this hotel, only to be disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the infestation and the lack of accountability in handling this manner. Be warned before staying here!!

Awesome experience. A little piece of heaven on earth. Staff was incredible!!!! The view and sunset was breath taking. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended and they are in the process of putting a pool in!!!! Amazing

My experience at Hotel Finca Campo Bello was one of the most beautiful two days I have ever had. Our igloo was spacious and clean, the entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and the views were the most beautiful I have ever seen. We enjoyed relaxing on both viewing platforms, eating meals at the restaurant and with room service, and hiking on the trails around the hotel. This stay was worth it for the view alone, but the friendliness of staff and quality of stay made it even more worth it.

The Health Minister of El Salvador should revoke the license of this facility. The structures (“IGLOOS”) trap constant humidity leaving a permanent musty odor that the management addresses this overwhelming odor by heavily perfuming the room. There is an issue with the septic tanks as there is persistent odor of urine in the bathroom. All fixtures are loose. Finally, the “Ham and Cheese sandwich/fries”I had at the restaurant almost cost me my life with food poisoning. Finally, the condition of the single unpaved roads to and from this facility made it very difficult to leave.

La vue sur le volcan Izalco est époustouflante! Les nuages défilent rapidement vous permettant de le voir à coup sûr. C’est tout le reste qui est décevant. Notre habitation sentait en permanence l’humidité. La salle de bien et quelques autres murs présentent des signe de champignons. Le lit est en fait 2 lits simples. Mon oreiller a une épaisseur de 3 cm, imaginez une fois ma tête dessus. Le restaurant n’a que quelques plats sur le menu. Mon premier et seul souper a été un panini avec une seule tranche de jambon et une tranche de fromage Kraft. Les frites étaient à peine cuites. Ils nous ont expliqué qu’il avait perdu beaucoup perdu d’aliments dans les semaines précédant notre arrivée à cause de la pluie et ils ne voulaient pas en perdre de nouveau. Et bien ils ont perdu 4 clients. On a préféré et de loin le Casa 1800 à 4 km où nous y avons souper 2 fois. Il n’y a rien entre les deux. Il faut dire que le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons fait du zipline et fait la montée du volcan Santa Ana avec un guide privé.

Espectacular concepto! Fuimos con altas expectativas y quedamos muy satisfechos. La tarifa vale la pena, como Plus te incluye el desayuno. El clima es agradable. El personal de servicio muy atento y listo para resolver cualquier necesidad del huésped. Tienen muy buen café en el lugar y puedes comprar para llevar en grano o molido.

Decidimos pasar mi fecha de cumpleaños en Finca Campo Bello. La experiencia desde la llegada fue muy agradable, a pesar de ser la primera vez, tienen bien señalizado como llegar al lugar. Una vez en la propiedad, fuimos atendidos por el personal de recepción y posteriormente por el equipo de restaurante - muy cordiales todo!. El Barista Emmanuel es la estrella del lugar, sus conocimientos en la cultura del café hacen muy agradable la experiencia al recorrer la finca donde lo cultivan. La habitación con muy buen espacio, limpieza inmaculada y espectaculares vistas desde la terraza. Gracias al Señor Santander, que nos saludó en su paso por el restaurante y estuvo muy pendiente de que todos en mi familia pasáramos una experiencia muy agradable.

es un lugar encantador y único. el imponente y bello volcán de Izalco frente a tu cara. es una bellísima experiencia! las instalaciones súper cómodas. el acceso al lugar es un poco difícil en invierno y hay tramos dónde la calle es muy estrecha para dos vehículos que ser encuentran. el personal es muy atento, amable y colaborador. estamos muy agradecidos de esta experiencia

Muy buena vista, no tiene precio, el atardecer y amanecer son muy bonitos, buena atención al cliente, la calle ha mejorado astante, especial para llevar a los perros y hacer caminata. Un lugar especial para desconectarse. La caminata al volcan es algo recomendado en la estadia
