Quinta Monarca is a huge property with private access to the lake where you can relax and make good memories with your family and friends, and swim in the gorgeous pool while enjoying the view of the lake. You can take a ride in the kayak around the lake for free. Jet skis can be rented nearby. Just five minutes from the house there are a variety of restaurants. It is two properties in one place, the first one is a cozy place to relax with your family and the second property has private access to the lake, both properties are in front of each other. The personnel and the owner are very attentive and caring. We truly enjoyed our stay! The pool and lake are an awesome time!!! I highly recommend this place !

Lake Coatepeque Villa Our family had a great time at Quinta Monarca. The property was exactly as described and communication beforehand was excellent. The property was also very well secured and in good condition. It is a great spot for a family looking to relax at the lake and as a jumping off spot for different activities in El Salvador.A few things were troublesome. We were traveling from the beach to the property. Check-in was 2PM. We felt very pressured by the property manager to arrive at 2PM or earlier. We asked about a few items and were just told he was waiting. We also stopped for lunch and felt pressured to hurry.Secondly, there were a few odd odors in the home the owners were masking with various candles and scents.Finally, we went out to sit on the deck one night and found an enormous pile of poop next to the bench. Mind you the gate to the dock is locked with only the staff having access.

This place is everything you need and want from a lake house. It’s beautiful, clean, and Wilfredo is sooo helpful. He truly goes above and beyond for you and your guests. Book! You will not regret it.
