great hotel. staff was very welcoming and helpful. room was clean and comfortable

Pool was nice and jacuzzi loved that it was indoors, also love that they have breakfast with my stay. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff was super nice and friendly. Pool closes at 10PM for kids and family and adults only until 12AM.

overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a comfortable atmosphere with excellent amenities, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers

The staff there is so slow. The manager, Tam, is lovely. The other people working at the desk are slow and rude. The wait staff in the restaurant/bar are very nice & lovely. The rooms are old but fine. The pool wasn’t heated and freezing. The hotel is right on top of the freeway so it’s loud.

Hotel in an excellent location in relation to the airport and Irvine, CA but the room was really bare and run down. At least the 6th floor was with rust/dirt at the bottom of the bathroom entrance and dirty spots where items had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned before I checked in. Love the hotel outside the room!!

別被Hilton的名字騙了，除了中間區域還有點派場，房間又老又昏暗彷彿進了個motel；1月末的la晚上冷得開空調，空調感覺用了四十年，一開就哐哐哐得響；熱水很差，經常突然噴出來巨熱的水；房間一股發黴的味道，不在房間的時候得一直開窗通風；入住時有個青少年團也來了，在外面走廊鬼哭狼嚎追逐打鬧快到十一點，酒店也完全不管。btw，無免費停車，valet和self park衹差兩塊錢。

房間很大。是一室一廳的套房。但房間很舊。估計酒店是有很長時間了。

先説優點，環境還OK，比較安靜，周圍較近的Plaza開車幾分鐘就能到。缺點，設施比較舊，甚至有破損，部分房間有異味，準確來講是潮濕的黴菌味，集中在客廳，很影響住宿體驗。SPA池泡沫很多，消毒漂白劑味道特別濃，不太好。 總而言之，想要經濟實惠又需要套房空間的話，這裏還是OK的。但畢竟是一分錢一分貨，不要對這裏抱有太大希望。要是相想住好的套房，還是選擇一些高端酒店吧。

酒店基本用品包括喝的瓶裝水都沒有配備，地氈衞生一般，下午4點入住要等大半個小時才説搞好衞生，房間設施比較陳舊，一般般的感覺
