Trip. Com you had information that there is a sauna and spa, there is none of this even nearby

The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Room condition is good. Room size is good. The staff are awesome. Facilities are nice as well.

The best value for money in Santa Barbara. I'll definitely be back。

The hotel is located on the main street of Santa Barbara and offers plenty of free parking, comfortable amenities, wonderful service, and greatly helpful staff. We had a great time staying there!

Room was smaller than advertised, but other than that it was nice & cozy. The breakfast was pretty much a joke.. Only pre-packaged, high calorie breakfast items to go :)

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

The hotel was very neat and organized. Staff were friendly. The pool was nice.

聖芭芭拉不錯的酒店，馬路對面就是商業區，吃的喝的都有。

非常美的一個酒店，位置很好，前台服務態度超好，房間不大但是很乾凈。酒店的花園和游泳池不錯，可以逛逛玩玩。

服務非常好，前台小哥很熱情. 住宿的小院子也很nice. 房間設施一般，但總體性價比還行. 附近也有超市，相對比較安全的區域

環境還可以交通也很便利 有直達到UCSB和Downtown的公交，從機場坐air bus也可以直達。到碼頭看海也很方便。樓下有大小兩個泳池

房間很大，床非常舒服，位置也極佳有免費停車場，唯一缺點就是跟隔壁房間只有隔一道門，這種房型應該可以做家庭連通房，所以完全沒有隔音，隔壁的房客在看電視聲音甚至早上手機鬧鐘聲都很清楚，希望櫃檯人員安排各別房客時可以錯開這種連通房

全程預訂中最貴的一家酒店，環境和房間都還不錯，但入住這家酒店要小心它的3.5刀按金，回來看賬單發現被它扣了3.4刀，攜程去問下來説我們消費了房間裏的蘇打水，這個太噁心了，因為房間裏除了咖啡粉什麼都沒有，哪來的蘇打水？索性攜程出面直接摺合了25元人民幣退了給我，但這種入住體驗很不好。
