Visito este hotel cada año,me gusta su atención y la comida muy buena realmente lo recomiendo al 100

Let's start from the lobby, where you can find a huge nest of bats on the top of the gazebo, that was so scary and disgusting, the bat guano were in the middle of the lobby's floor that can be very dangerous for anyone's health,. Because it can cause histoplasmosis a very lethal lung disease. When we left there was a rat in the middle of the lobby as well. This management should work to improve the hygienic condition of this place. The room was in very poor condition the Ac was very stinking as mold and didn't work properly. The pool was very dirty and old and water filter system didn't work at all. However the personnel of the pool show were offering a good recreation activity. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful gardens well maintained, but the rest in this property was messy and dirty they should work to meet the minimum of the sanitary requirements to remain open. Good luck on that. For sure I will never come back. My pictures is to probe I was there , I'm not lying on my review, I think is a place with tremendous potential but with a very poor, negligent and careless and ignorant management.

Ever watched ’naked and Afraid ’? This place will test your wilderness level. I would have done better in a tent. Part of the sting was drink prices kept changing and the cockroaches protect their next meal at night, in your room. Large cockarocha!!! Last resort only folks!! You’ll wish you hadn’t!

He estado en este hotel 4 veces en el año 2024, dos veces como huésped y dos pasando el día con mi familia , es un lugar muy tranquilo, familiar, acogedor, buena gastronomía y atención , la atención al cliente es el principal atractivo ya que te hacen sentir muy cómodo,la piscina es espectacular y muy limpia lo recomiendo como hotel número uno en la ciudad de Santa Clara . Triste y penoso el estado de un lugar tan emblemático en Santa Clara, todos los que nacimos allí conocemos Los Canayes. Siempre ha sido linda su decoración, pero el descuido la suciedad de esa piscina, que pese a estar en ese estado no se dignaron a cerrarla hasta que no se hicieron varias quejas y fotos , cucarachas y moscas rondando las comidas del restaurante, las comidas escasas y nada frescas.. El personal del lugar super excelente y amable, son los únicos que mejoran un poco todo.

Buena calidad en sentido general, un bufé genial y el servicio, excelente. No pensaba encontrar tanta calidad en estos tiempos en que la crisis se manifiesta en todos los ámbitos, pero el personal del hotel nos hizo sentir muy bien, y la comida... uf! buenísima.
