A really friendly hotel,Jose could not have done more for us. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the bar serves a very nice breakfast. Jose even left us breakfast for the morning as we were leaving very early both days we stayed. This is a great base for anyone visiting this area of Spain, we strongly recommend it!

Due to the late arrival of our flight, we arrived here at 11:45pm and Jose was waiting for us and took time to explain all we needed to know about car parking on site, our rooms, breakfast (which he left out for us as we were out early every morning) and he could not have been kinder. The rooms are not over-fussy but have everything we could need including toiletries and fresh towels every day. Jose did not speak much English but uses the app on his phone to ensure every conversation is fully understood. On our final day, he offered to let us keep the rooms until mid-afternoon so we had time to return from our morning activity and shower if we wanted. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again

Hôtel très sympa et très calme. Très bien situé si vous voulez aller observer les lynx de la région. Le patron est très accueillant. Il nous a même permis de garder nos chambres plus tard pour pouvoir reprendre nos affaires après notre activité de la matinée. Quelques places de parking dans une cour intérieure.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy limpio, buena atención. Disfrutamos de la amabilidad del dueño y de las instalaciones del hotel durante tres noches. Lugar para repetir cuando volvamos por Santa Cruz.

Ubicado en pleno centro. Su dueño nos ha hecho sentir como en nuestra propia casa, gracias a su trato excelente. Las habitaciones perfectas (cama grande, limpieza máxima, parking…). Repetiremos seguro.

Un hotel ** con un excelente servicio y atención. Lo conocimos tras reservar en un **** estrellas de la localidad y recibir pésimo servicio y una gran decepción, renunciando a la reserva por no cumplir las características de accesibilidad. Fuimos acogidos en El Toral con una amabilidad y servicios recibidos excelentes. Hemos repetido aún siendo personas de movilidad reducida y pese a no disponer de habitación adaptada, debido a la excelencia del servicio recibido. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveremos al haberse convertido en nuestro referente en la zona.

Hemos estado tres días cinco personas. El hotel está muy bien situado dentro del pueblo, es un hotel muy bien cuidado, muy limpio y con una atención excelente. Volveremos seguro. Gracias José por todo
