We love this home! We've had so many great family memories here and we are excited to be able to share it with others! It has plenty of space inside with a large deck and a beautiful back yard. It's just 11 houses away from the best family beach in all of Santa Cruz and there is a warm outdoor shower for when you return home.

Annual fam vacay in Santa Cruz
Spent time with my 2 sons and their families. Everyone loved the house, very comfy and roomy.

It was a wonderful stay. Located a block from the beach, the family enjoyed the short walk to fun in the sun. The facility was very clean and spacious. Plenty of space to prepare meals, gather, and if necessary find your own quiet time. Josh, the owner, was very timely responding to my questions. My family members took a voice vote, and they want to return.

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach. Lots of great space indoor and outdoor to relax and enjoy company. Neighborhood is very cute and all of the neighbors were kind and polite.

Large family home
Our family of 13 stayed in this beautifully decorated home. There was plenty of room for everyone, along with different rooms to play games or visit. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved it!

Grandma’s family get way
The property exceeded our expectations. The property manager was super friendly and available to answer any questions that I asked. Would love to come back and stay again. Worked out perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 little children. Thank you.

Excellent home great location
The house is very clean great location. The owners of the home had cookies delivered. They were awesome. The kids loved the house easy access. Everything we needed to stay comfortable I would stay again.

Great house for a few families
We had a reunion of 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids from 7-11) and this house worked out great for us. We loved having the large deck area for meals and the two separate living rooms. The beach was just a block away and we walked down to watch the sunset. We’d definitely stay again.

A charming home with great location
Our family enjoyed everything about this home. The location, the home layout, and the outside yard were all first rate. Short walk to the beach. Our family all expressed their desire to return for another stay.

Beautiful house
Beautiful yard, beautiful furnishings. Everything was clearly marked and easy to use. They had everything we needed. Basement inlaw suite was wanted by all and we had to negotiate. The fridge was huge but like the microwave, was too high for much of my family, (4 of us are under 5'2"). They even had a few board games and puzzles. Was a little disappointed the puzzle we tried was missing pieces, but it is understandable.
