Park Hotel

I have mixed feelings, because even though the property is very nice, it lacks a lot of maintenance. It is currently in very poor condition, but it could be a very nice hotel. I was there for the Cobán half marathon, and the hotel offers the advantage that it delivers the runners' kits right there, it is not necessary to go to the expo. The service and food were okay, nothing spectacular, but definitely not bad. Please note that the hotel is not in the city, but about 15 km away, so it takes about 20 minutes to go from the hotel to the city.

The agency we are traveling with across Guatemala had booked us in for 2 nights. I would never choose this kind of badly managed, huge hotel... The receptionist started by giving us the worst bungalow out of a huge choice: next to the highway... I turned it down, the second room given had a broken window and was in the " sencilla" category, in the Capri wing, when the agency had been paid for a standard category. I got very angry with her attitude, when the hotel is in fact in low season. Thirdly we got to a more decent room in the Palermo wing. It was freezing outside,the rooms were very cold and they don't even have a hairdryer to lend you. This is supposed to be a great hotel.. In the restaurant building all the windows and doors were opened,there was absolutely nowhere to sit down and read with a coffee in a cosy corner. We ended up taking a coffee to our room and wrapped in blankets, pathetic.. Dinner was ok in a large cantina type of hall... But the breakfast was really horrible: cold eggs, poor choice,cold revolting tortillas, dry bread rolls, and dreadful coffee when in fact the Aurora group is a coffee production farm of the highest quality - we visit it a couple of kms away and they export all over the world and win international prizes. There was good coffee in the freezing coffee " bar". A huge cage contains one poor, frozen and lonely pet: a guacamayo... Who should go to the rescue Macaw mountain in Copán Honduras... shame... Staff are not very well trained but friendly but I resented being treated so badly, speaking Spanish! Avoid.. this conference centre... And big tourist groups place: the management team has a great deal to correct.

Hotel situado a las afueras de Cobán, un poco justa ya que sus instalaciones están un poco deterioradas. No dispone de aire acondicionada, ni secador de pelo en las habitaciones y el desayuno es un poco justa.

tres beau complexe hôtelier dans un bel écrit de verdure. piscine en travaux, mais ce n’est pas grave le temps était un peu frisquet! très beau parc avec de magnifiques Paons. Deux des trois restaurants étaient ouverts avec une offre variée de plats avec une belle amplitude horaire. petit dej très copieux. seul hic, le café un peu lavasse a l’Américaine…

Tres belle piscine au millieu des palmiers. L'hôtel se situe dans un tres beau park arboré très nature. Les chambres sont correct. Ma chambre donnait sur une Fermette avec des pans qui criaient très tôt le matin. Pas de grâce matinée de possible c'est dommage.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable sans plus. Excellente literie. Joli jardin et grande piscine. Un peu proche de la route. Repas pris dans une grande pièce ouverte tout en bois. Repas simple mais goûteux

Malísima la experiencia, el servicio y la atención del personal son pésimas! Contrate un paquete de alimentación el cual realmente es una estafa, la calidad de los alimento es igual de mala, fue una mala experiencia hospedarme acá, deben mejorar sobre todo en l atención del restaurante limoncello!
