It’s targeted for seniors, activities and amenities are more targeted toward seniors. Access card wasn’t working every day i left my room, had to go to the reception every time and the lift takes ages to climb 4 floors

I loved the hotel, the staff and the breakfast was amazing

It was short time for me but the trip was as adventure fir me special when your family be around and my brother and my son septicemia me in the airport when I come back from ibiza as they now i will always be there as usual thanks for your hospitality in the hotel and see you soon

Hotel muy céntrico, limpio y correcto. Lo peor que tiene es que no tiene parking.

Buena ubicación en Santa Eulalia, para mí la mejor zona de Ibiza si buscas ir con tu pareja o familia. El desayuno fue excelente! Aunque si tuviera que dar una sugerencia, sería que pusieran zumo de naranja natural. El check in genial, tenían disponibilidad y nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora. Para el check out, tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones y nos hicieron pagar 10€ la hora desde las 12, hasta nuestra salida. Tenemos un bebé y necesitábamos la habitación hasta después de comer para llevarlo cambiado al aeropuerto. Entiendo que si no hay disponibilidad, no lo hagan… o que si quieres irte a las 18 de la tarde, te cobren algo, pero por poco rato me parece ridículo. Yo tengo un alojamiento, y siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad no me cuesta dejar salir más tarde a mis huéspedes.

Amazing hotel Great location, close to the beach. Great staff. From the reception area to the room service, restaurant and the bar. The rooms are very clean The restaurant offer a great selection of delicious and fresh as well as healthy food. We had an amazing time. My son love it. From the bottom of my heart. Stayed here as a 16th birthday gift for my daughter for 4 nights. Good points - this has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, its immaculate! Room service came every day and all the general/social areas were constantly cleaned. The staff were all so friendly and polite, they really couldn't do enough. Downside.. my daughter was the youngest at the hotel, this lovely hotel caters strongly for retired folk, so if you want a very quiet break with total chill factor its for you! No inflatables in the pool, no shots round the pool and certainly no pumping tunes round the pool, saying that it was blissfully quiet in the room at night time. I have given this hotel 5 out of 5 as the clientele doesn't affect how great the hotel is, the fact that I prefer a more 'active' feel is really my own personal choice. You can head out for a short walk to the marina where things are more lively (and expensive) we ate out in the evenings every night and enjoyed live entertainment at The Mirage. Would love to go back to this hotel, maybe when I am older and I just need peace, quiet and an early night. Still highly recommend this lovely OAP-esque hotel :)

This hotel is quite central in Santa Eulalia. It's on a street about 5 minutes walk from the marina, 10 minutes to the beach and center of the town. The hotel itself has lovely staff, it's very clean, the rooms are quite spacious although the balconies are quite small, but they look out either on to a street or the pool. The street outside is fairly busy and quite busy but with the doors closed you don't hear any noise. The pool isn't that big but big enough. We always managed to get a sunbed but some people complained that they couldn't. There is also a raised terrace with extra sunbeds. The food is buffet style and excellent. The staff work hard to keep tables clear and food topped up. For breakfast I cannot think of anything else that could have been provided, it was excellent! We ate dinner twice and that was also lovely with wine on tap! Literally, and if you wanted more refined wine you could buy it. I cannot express enough how lovely, helpful and friendly the staff are. There is entertainment in the evening but we preferred to stroll around the marina after dinner then come back for a nightcap. If you are looking for a posh, luxurious hotel then this isn't for you but if you are looking for clean, friendly, lovely food and central location then you can't go wrong.

2nd time visiting this hotel and not disappointed Great location, good food and service Buffet meals with chefs doing fresh items if you want them Nice rooms with plenty of storage space and fridge We overlooked a side street but because of the double glazing, plus a quiet street, it didn’t affect us at all Very friendly staff and because it was our 2nd visit, we had a bottle of cava free of charge which we thought was a nice touch and much appreciated My only complaint would be that there are water machines in the restaurant which we hadn’t noticed at first, so bought bottled water with meals plus wine Only 2,80 euros for the water but wish we had been offered the choice of free water House wine was good value at 14 euros a bottle All in all, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back Thank you Invisa Cala

This hotel is excellent, we stayed for 6 nights! The staff are great, professional and friendly. It is located 2 mins walk from the beaches and promenade. The rooms are clean and spacious. We recommend that you ask for a pool view as these are a little quieter. The food is varied, fresh and of a high quality. A special thank you to Chelo who cleaned our room every day to the highest standard. We are planning to return next year!

Just returned from a 6 day stay at hotel Invisa Cala in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. A lovely hotel just a short walk from the centre of town and also the attractive sea front and harbour. It is an old hotel but has been refurbished and modernised in the reception and dining areas. It has an attractive outside terrace where breakfast and evening meal can be taken. The room we had was of a good size and while ‘tired’ with some improvements needed to the fridge and shower it was very comfortable and had a capsule coffee machine and kettle. The beds were very comfortable. Although the room on the top floor was facing a busy Main Street, the double doors/window blocked out most of any noise. We found the food very good with a wide choice of meats and salads. Buffet style it was well spaced out with easy access for the food of choice. The desserts were lovely too with plenty of choice, The whole hotel was impeccably clean, with bedrooms cleaned daily to a good standard. The staff of the hotel were outstanding, being pleasant, welcoming efficient and friendly.. This applied to all from reception, dining and cleaning. The dining staff especially were marvellous, working really hard in busy times yet remaining cheerful and helpful in clearing away and serving wine. I would say in our experience of hotel stays that the staff here were the best ever. I would certainly return to the hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The hotel is in a great location close to the shops and the marina. It’s not v attractive from the outside. Inside it is rather dated but is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are welcoming. Our room was a standard room. The bed was v hard. A mattress topper would be a good addition. The shower was over the bath which was rather difficult to get in and out. The towels are rather old and rough. They need replacing.It was cleaned exceptionally well every day and fresh towels were available. The bar area is comfortable and staff great. We opted for half board. The food is ok and good value for money. The dining room is rather a scrum at busy times. Especially when there are large groups. The staff in the dining room were v hard working and friendly. Whilst we were there there was a very large group from mainland Spain on a v cheap holiday offer. This did affect the atmosphere of the hotel, with a lot of very loud customers. We were here last year and the atmosphere was completely different, relaxed and peaceful. If we could guarantee that there were no large groups on a cheap offer we would return to the hotel.
