Tout proche de la cala de Santa Eularia, on peut se garer sur les côtés de l’hôtel, réception 24/24 avec snack. Couchage de bonne qualité, seule l’isolation phonique de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. A recommander

It started by the most rude male member of staff checking us in which took easily 20 mins of huffing and puffing to then be on the second floor with no lift so had to carry all stuff up. We stayed for 5 nights - room did not get cleaned ONCE no fresh new towels and no toilet roll top up I had to ask every time for this. The air con was terrible the TV didn’t work the fridge didn’t work and had a horrible smell to it. The pool area was scruffy and all sunbed had bird poo on them. I would definitely not recommend this hotel there is nothing close by and seriously NOT worth the money.

A bit out of the way but we only stayed 1 night as we extended our holiday. Staff were very friendly The pool looked good, lots of kids enjoying themselves. First impressions of the room It looks great. Noticed little bits that were worn But still good. Would I stay there again, probably not . No lift and we were on the top floor Luggage to the room was hard work. Expensive to be fair, but that's Ibiza for you. It was ok for what we needed We had some food and it was all good.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently in a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Magda and Juan. Pool clean, mini golf and table tennis free. Apartment clean and well appointed. Didn't ask for apartment to be cleaned but needed to request extra towels and toilet roll, did this by mentioning to Magda in the morning. Pool bar area clean, drinks well priced. Didn't try food. We will definitely return, excellent location quiet but a 15 min walk takes you to bars restaurants and cafes of Santa Eulalia. Great Mercadona supermarket 5 min walk away for all self catering supplies.

Its very old, not clean and very basic. A lot of the time there is No water. The toaster and kettle were dirty and broken. If you want to park you car at the appartment, you will have to pay 15 euro a day. We would not reconventie this place!

These apartments are ok except the attitude of one member of staff, he is rude and arrogant. Says one thing one night and changes to another the next night. The pool is not clean so we did not use it although other guests seemed to enjoy it. We stayed for two nights, the first night we got back at 11.00pm and was told the bar shuts at 10.30pm, we could not even take a glass of wine to out room. The following evening we got back at 10.00pm to have the same smug man says that it is shut, although we could take a wine to our room….we said that last night he said 10.30…he just laughed and walked away. All the other staff are great just the fat one with the beard

Positives: staff were always friendly, really good price bar food available for all 3 meals, air con in the room worked really well & the rooms were spacious for me, partner, 2 kids and my parents, I also can’t fault the pool (this made our holiday). No one reserved the sun beds too which was a nice change! Negatives; can’t use the mini golf without been bitten by bugs, uncomfortable sofa bed, language barrier at the bar meant we were unable to order drinks throughout the day, had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and the beds on top of this are very uncomfortable, only one room had a wardrobe so all 4 adults had to share one rail, electric tripped twice so we struggled boiling hot water for our babies bottle, Wi-Fi doesn’t work in rooms and the walk into town is a bit of a faff with kids.
