The facilities were very clean and the breakfast expansive, though some unusual breakfast choices ( shredded chicken). Small water bottles available for pick up free at any time. What was disappointing, and made me regret the price we paid, was the room furnishings were old and tattered. There’s not a USB port in the room. The mattresses are so worn out they have put plywood under them. The thermostat is even the old slide version. The refrigerator is noisy. While it is a good location it is just overpriced for the condition.

It's been my second time at that Marriott property and the place is great. Staff are happy and greet you every time with smiles. Breakfast is great and plenty to choose from to eat. Well located, clean and safe. Thank you Carmela for helping. E again.

The staff were kind and skilled. All areas were exceptionally clean. I felt safe. Parking is free. A very good free breakfast. An 8-minute drive from the historic plaza area. I loved having my own little apartment with a full kitchen. The decor is due for a refresh, but I would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Rebecca at the front desk was very welcoming.When we arrived and all the staff especially the ones for breakfast were excellent at their jobs and made us feel welcome Breakfast was way above other Residance Inns We Would like to suggest that you consider a refresh of your the property There are some details that Detracted from our visit For example, the kitchen stove light that was burned ee out and somebody had jue st stuck a bulb in there.Rather doing it correctly. Also the disposal was removed at some point time and never replaced. Carpet was musty Rooms were dark dining room was dark Outside stucco in paint maneed, redone sidewalks were cracked.

I have stayed here before and it was another nice experience. Rooms are very spacious and if you call one can get government rate room. One of the best residence inn breakfast I have in the USA. Staff is very friendly, plenty of parking. Downtown is 10 minutes away. Will definitely stay there again.

Our entire stay was great. From check in thru check out, the staff was wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty. You might want to move the stand with all the surrounding literature. Being down the hall way passed the front desk you don't know it's there.

The frying pan supplied was warped to the extend you could not use it on the cooktop. Fortunately, we had a pan with us. There was very limited flatwear. There wasn’t any trash cans in the unit either. The front desk associate was very friendly at checkin,

We stayed at this Residence Inn in Santa Fe while on a 6 week vacation. During this trip we stayed at several Residence Inn properties. The Santa Fe location is in a nice, convenient area. The property grounds are really well kept and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet is the best we had in the whole trip. The rooms, however, are dated and a bit grungy. The drapes were dusty and faded, the walls had marks, the wood trim in the bathroom was rotted away at the bottom. The A/C was inconsistent and we were either hot or cold. If you have mobility issues be sure to contact the hotel ahead of time as most of the ground floor rooms had stairs to access the rooms and the sidewalks are narrow with uneven surfaces. The second floor rooms only have stairs to access the room, no elevator. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay but I felt it was overpriced for the condition of the room.

Everything from check in to check out was handled professionally and with a smile. Very good free breakfast, (way better than most). Good location central to Santa Fe. Easy to downtown as well as other city highlights. I recommend, I’d stay there again for sure!
