Extremely clean and well maintained property. Our rooms were very nice. Appliances are all clean, looked new and full size. They have a full free breakfast which saves us a good deal of money. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent. Close to major highways. We found it perfect for our day trips and exploring Old Town Santa Fe.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Cons: The facility shows significant wear and tear, both inside and out. Caution: Guests with mobility issues may find it challenging to transport luggage to and from their car. The layout of the complex involves walking on dated sidewalks with steps and, at times, navigating narrow passages. Additionally, upstairs accommodations require carrying luggage up and down the stairs. IMO: When we stayed, it was overpriced for what you get.

Pool closed 90 degree Memorial day Juice machine for breakfast down for 3 days Washing machine broken for weeks 1dryer not vented Door Key system outdated requires recoding often Resv system down for 3 days Housekeeping erratic at best Rates just went up to $250.00 Called Marriott ambassador they said we will get back to me(you guessed it) in 3days The hotel staff are a terrfic group of people in an unfortunate circumstance

Disgusting. Why Marriott would allow this to be branded a Residence Inn is beyond my understanding. This is by far, and I mean light years far, more downmarket than any other Residence Inn I’ve ever seen. The brand is tarnished in my mind and I’m definitely doing to think twice and twice again when I’m presented with the option of a Residence Inn again.

I don't know why I booked a stay at Residence Inn Santa Fe. My last experiences with Residence Inns had found them to be outdated, in desperate need of updating/deep cleaning. This is the case for Residence Inn Santa Fe. Why would you put carpeting in the bathroom area? Ugh, gross! There was a smell to the room that can't be described, and the French doors to the " patio" had a gap wide enough between the doors that the wind blowing outside ruffled the curtains inside. The floors above the room creaked with every movement. I'm back to never staying at Residence Inns until they Bonvoy brand devices to update them.

At check-in we were given keys to a room that someone else was in. That person stated they had also been given keys to a different room that someone else was in and this was their second room. It made my family feel very unsafe wondering who would be given keys to our room by mistake. The property is in serious need of updates, exterior and interior. The carpet was frayed and stained, curtains stained, fridge dented, furniture damaged, it just felt gross. Room keys easily demagnetized, clearly out and outdated technology on the keypads. One full size towel in the bathroom. Would never stay here again.

Quiet. 2nd floor. Large room. Good mattress. Good heater/cooler, center if room. Breakfast adequate coffee, raisin bread, cereal, hot foods, if your preference. Only thing missing is plain yogurt. Although there is chibanoni vanilla and strawberry.

The photo of the kitchen that pops up on Trip Advisor is not the kitchen we had. The room we had was probably last refurbished in the 1980’s. The room was clean but I could not get beyond how tired and outdated this Residence Inn was. Even the outdoor areas were tired and somewhat run down. The staff was very nice and even though the breakfast seemed to offer good choices we did not enjoy eating most of it. It was an affordable (for Santa Fe) hotel but in much need of refurbishment and updating. If you have mobility issues, I don’t think that this is the place for you. The area we were in was like an old four-plex apartment complex.

The facilities were very clean and the breakfast expansive, though some unusual breakfast choices ( shredded chicken). Small water bottles available for pick up free at any time. What was disappointing, and made me regret the price we paid, was the room furnishings were old and tattered. There’s not a USB port in the room. The mattresses are so worn out they have put plywood under them. The thermostat is even the old slide version. The refrigerator is noisy. While it is a good location it is just overpriced for the condition.
