Hotel - Odjo d´Agua

Hotel is in Beutyfull location, the lovely restaurant and the team are everything, the team was beyond to make my stay very special, I really recommend , it is very central location with lots of restaurants around and hotel him self it is big enough to enjoy you holiday to max level

Walking Into this beautiful setting I really wanted to love this dining experience, but the 3 stars were for the setting only, I ordered fish soup for starter my husband ordered veg soup, 2 veg soups came out, the waitress took mine away and came back with the same soup but with 3 prawns in it, then the lobster came, mine was cold and rubbery, waitress took it away again and brought it back overcooked and rubbery, potatoes were literally rotten, sorry but wouldn't recommend.

Well, a lot of improvement in my eyes needs to be done. Booked through TUI. Very misleading. Pictures show infinity pool, of which there is one, but you have to pay, and also pay for sun loungers, on the beach ( which are the hotels) Room not made up by 4pm 🙈, very basic hotel , but stunning views from restaurant. But let’s get rid of the little charges, 3€ a day each for pool use and same for loungers . Not good

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. True family hotel with roots in the community stretching back generations. The restaurant was fantastic (breakfast did get busy) but the staff were brilliant. The beach bar was so chilled out. The live music was a real treat and each night was live and felt very special. But the setting….omg. I challenge anyone to sit in the bar / restaurant and look around you and not be in love with your surroundings….. There are some really Kak reviews on here about this place. If you like your big corporates with rows of deck chairs, expensive restaurants and looking down your nose then don’t bother. On the other hand, if your a lover of trying quality local food, kicking back with a view to die for and feeling the vibe of ‘no stress’ around the pools then try it….

Our party of 8 was recommended this restaurant at this hotel so we gave it ago! It was AMAZING!! The view over looking the sea was memorising, the staff was fabulous (and funny) the food was delicious and filling!! We all struggled to finish our meals and side dishes! We would totally recommend this restaurant 100%!!

Great pool and pool bar/restaurant The infinite pool is an amazing one, at the end, you can see the little crabs in the wave. The bar has a wonderful and reasonably priced grilled tuna. We loved this place and will come back. Less boring than the morabeza bar and different than the Hilton.

Paradise… gorgeous hotel at the end of the golden sands. Enjoyed our , staff friendly, highly recommend paddling with the lemon sharks as an excursion. Brilliant . Magical holiday and the views from the hotel out to sea were stunning. A little piece of paradise, eating breakfast overlooking the sea, pure magic.

We arrived for a 2 week stay over Christmas and new year. We had over an hours wait in the airport due to a technical problem and everyone had to pay their visa £31 each again before we could leave .. We were really happy with our room, clean and spacious. We went down to the restaurant for something to eat, the restaurant was empty and didn’t open for another 10 minutes so we got a drink sat down and asked for a menu, along came this girl and told us we couldn’t sit there, we pointed to our wrist bands but no we had to move out of an empty restaurant. So up to reception. Some 20 minutes later we were seated still in an empty restaurant. The food was poor and they put down bread which we didn’t ask for and then charged us for it! And so it went on! Sun beds are changed for and are not exclusive to the hotel, so In short you can’t get one ever.our room was so damp we both came home with chest infections. No sun on the balcony at any point of the day. No hot water. We complained to reception and 2 days later we had a letter from our rep which we had asked to see as they never were where they were suppose to be at the time stated 11am . Warning us on our behaviour. This is what happens if you ask to see your rep. At reception. So we went to the Tui office!!! Closed. 3 times went for lunch and the restaurant was full of none residents so like many other people we were turned away. On leaving we checked our time for pickup. No where did it state that you’re pick up was from a different hotel!!!!! So we had to get a taxi to the airport. £5000.00 for a holiday from HELL . This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The gap in the patio doors let in mosquitoes and the room was constantly full of them, not helped by the damp and a pond out side the room. On the up side we did enjoy watching the locals steal the fish out of the pond. Does make you wonder about the security in the rooms.

We spent the afternoon and evening here, prior to a late flight out (having entered the country by boat - sailing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife). The room was beautiful, dark and cool - just what we needed. The swimming pool had too many leaves in it, mainly because of the overhanging trees - a bit off-putting, even though we knew it should be OK. Our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious, and the live music was delightful.
