Soy Local Santa Marta

Check in was quick and easy. I accidentally arrived through the bagel place at the front of the hotel and the person working there showed me how to get to reception. We had booked an apartment that with two rooms. There were basic facilities there. The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for luggage. However, the paint was peeling off the walls and there were many damp patches. There was black patches on the walls in some areas. The damp air in the rooms made it at times difficult to breathe and this improved upon leaving the room. The swimming pool is small and refreshing. It is in a courtyard with some shade. The room was noisy and you could hear loud music from other guests during the night. There is a staff member at reception 24 hours. However, it was difficult to order a drink at the bar and pay for things in advance. It was only possible to pay at the end of the trip and settling the bill took a long time. The check out was long and not efficient.

Amazing facilities, Lovely staff especially the girl at the reception. Very welcoming atmosphere. Only criticism is the waitress at Mommy’s Bagels who was extremely rude upon my arrival, restaurant workers attached to the hotel and not part of Soy Local.

Un "apartahotel" muy nuevo y bien ubicado. Las camas son muy cómodas, con colchones nuevos. El personal es muy amable y el trato muy cercano. Tiene piscina, que con las temperaturas de la zona suma mucho. Esta en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro a 1km de la playa.

Soy Local Santa Marta es horrible para descansar, permiten dentro del hotel música hasta altas horas de la noche que incomoda a otros huéspedes descansar y a los empleados no les importa si te sientes bien o no. Jamás volvería a ese lugar. El desayuno también es feo.

Hotel/ pensione nel centro di Santa Marta, con camere attrezzate anche con cucina, servizio bar e piscina centrale. Al netto della struttura buona, ma comunque non curatissima, il personale è molto sospettoso del comportamento dei clienti e non sempre disponibilissimo. In ogni caso, superiore alla media delle strutture della zona

El diseño del lugar es simple y práctico, eso lo hace único y completamente cautivador. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y los espacios comunes tienen una gran acomodación. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno también estuvo bien. Definitivamente lo recomiendo si buscas un lugar cómodo y cerca al centro histórico dr la ciudad.
