Such a beautiful place! We were welcomed by Manuel and brought a delicious welcome drink. He gave us a tour of the resort. Whatever we needed was taken care of immediately. The food was delicious. The resort is only about 10 minutes to Tayrona, El Zaino entrance. We were exhausted after a hike in the park and it was pouring outside so they brought us room service that night. The next day we enjoyed the resort, swimming, relaxing, and having a wonderful massage. The massage area is right over the river so the sounds are so relaxing, I believe I fell asleep! We enjoyed both the Turkish bath and the sauna! The day we were leaving I wasn’t feeling well so we were able to check out about 30 minutes later. Manuel called a taxi for us and it arrived within 10 minutes. They offer laundry service which we used as well. Everything you need is right there! Highly recommend staying here. We definitely would do so again!

Great Hotel and Spa servicies and veru amicable with any of our request food is a must and you will have plenty of options to enjoy your day! A river crosssing the property and the staff is very helpful! I will come back for sure to enjoy again! THANKS

Amazing place! We had an incredible experience at Katanwa Hotel y Spa. The staff was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tayrona National Park !

Once again, for the 4th time in the last 6 months, the family enjoyed the comfort of what Kantawa offers. During our day trip, we enjoyed the pool activities, and a fantastic and tasty lunch, topped off with a massage that was out of this world. I love this place. I will be going back soon.

Lantaca was so relaxing! It was hard to believe we were really just off the street when surrounded by lush green trees with the babbling brook in the back. A great pool, good food, and phenomenal staff. I’m slightly mobility challenged, but they were always there to help me down the stairs! Massage was perfect after a visit to nearby Parque Tayrona! There were some issues with water pressure and temperature in the shower, but they worked to resolve that as soon as they were informed.

This was a hidden gem that became home for 3 days for our group! It was nice to basically have the place to ourselves--group of 8. Very attention centered to guests, friendly ambience and great vibes with pool splashes on seats in varying degrees. The doors close upon entrance so you feel like your on your own island where you can eat, lay down on the hammock, swim in the pool, eat or try the sauna/jacuzzi. Very impressed! Coincidentally, I got to meet the owner on one of the afternoons and was impressed by his laid back/calm demeanor with plans to grow. Oh the plus is a very quiet spacious room, the chef if you eat there checks up on how your meal was and lastly and they'll turn on the Jacuzzi's as needed. Only minor feedback which can improve, is having someone available if our group was in the pool awaiting drinks. We had to walk to the restaurant or to the front to request it but only a minor inconvenience. highly, highly recommend if you want to escape from reality temporarily and enjoy this hidden paradise!

The hotel is amazing! It has the spa in the nature and the rooms are huge and comfortable. Jacobo and his team has looked after the whole group giving us the best time! I also asked for a massage quite late and they did all the best to accomodate it. It was the best massage I had, Eunice was super professional and gave me a relaxing massage in the middles of the nature. I could hear the sound of the river and the birds, it was the most relaxing thing I have done. I felt so good that I fell asleep

One of the best places I've ever stayed! The property, the service, the staff, and the food was beyond all of our expectations. It felt like a paradise! The pool is amazing, and again, the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It felt like we were staying with family.

We had the most beautiful people experience ever, a passionated, humble and compassioned team opened their arms to receive us without previous reservation on new year's eve. They did all to create a joyful atmosphear for us. My wife spent the best holiday ever thanks to Angely, Juan and the entire staff. We spent the most meaningful new year's eve thanks to them and Edilberto Duarte, a native birder, who guided us through the Tyrona National park. The installations, the spa offerings, the restaurant and everything was really top notch. Although close to the street, the nights were very quiet and the beds extremely comfortable.

Dont use their cab service! They quoted us 130k and the guy tried to get 300k to drop us off in Santa Marta when our cab to the same drive was 100k on the way there. I had to pay him 200k to leave after a lot of arguing. He is ruining the reputation of an otherwise lovely place.

El lugar es tranquilo si, pero super desorganizado, las asoleadoras e vehian sucias, como aspecto abandonado, el restaurante tardo 1 hora para una entrada, hay un sistema de jacuzzi que se apartan, apartamos el nuestro desde las 10 am para las 3pm y o sorpresa se lo dieron a otra persona, pesima organizacion, jamas volveria sali fue mas estresado.

Lo mejor la atención del personal del hotel, el lugar es bello. La comida excelente. Muy recomendable experiencia. Además del Tayrona, no se pierdan las cascadas de Quebrada Valencia, magnifica recomendación del hotel. Los masajes del hotel de nivel 10

Nuestra estadía en Kantawa fue mucho más que solo un lugar para vacacionar. Viajamos desde Chile buscando un espacio significativo para nuestra sagrada unión de pareja y Kantawa fue esto y mucho más. Con la mejor disposición del mundo, desde que los contactamos se preocuparon de apoyarnos en todo. Nos ayudaron a cumplir nuestro sueño de unirnos bajo las tradiciones Kogui, de conocer su cultura y aprender más acerca de su cosmovisión. Nuestro matrimonio fue increíblemente hermoso, y muy especial para nosotros. A todo lo anterior, se suma la increíble infraestructura, la conexión con el entorno, la naturaleza, el mágico río, y la deliciosa comida, y vale decir, que tuvieron especial consideración con nuestra dieta vegetariana, adaptando algunos platos para ello. Finalmente, quisiéramos mencionar que la atención fue increíble; Meechelle, Jenny, Astrid, Ana, Gerardo, Jesus, Hernán, Carol, Yesith, Carlos, Val, Paula, y como dejar afuera a Giuliano, todos increíbles, y también quisiéramos dejar un especial agradecimiento a los señores, Juan Fernando, Sandra y Daniela, quienes sin duda, no solo nos atendieron maravillosamente, sino que también nos hicieron sentir parte de la familia. Kantawa Hotel y Spa está situado en un lugar idílico, muy cerca de una de las entradas del Parque Natural Tayrona. Es un lugar estupendo para relajarse, ya que tiene jardines y hay un río que bordea un extremo de la finca. Disfrutamos de una cena y un desayuno deliciosos y el personal fue muy amable.
