Hilton Santa Monica recensioner

The service was bad. I book 5 days 4 night and u would like an early check out . The hotel refused to help me and understand my situation and immediately rejected and hang up my phone when they did not understand me. Trip told me to check with hotel but the hotel refused.

Nice staff, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Hotel is clean and new after renovation. Staff is friendly. It takes like 10-15 mins to walk from hotel to the beach. Yet, the air conditioner is not functioning well, it always becomes hot in the mid-night.

It's a 10-minute walk to Santa Monica Beach.But there's a lot of homelessness on the road. I can't get around late at night. The hotel staff is very good. The man wearing glasses is a little cynical when checking in. The room I reserved was the smallest and the lighting was very dark. Keep that in mind.

Good stay here. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach . Hotel is clean and ready. One problem is that there is only two bottles of water on check in during stay. Not everyday two bottles. There are filtered water in the gym.

Very satisfied with the hotel, definitely will stay again in the future!

Great and enjoyable stay at Hilton Santa Monica. The hotel services are courteous, beyond expectation. All the special requests are met, early check-in, crib in the room, and welcome drinks for Hilton honors member. Great location with 10-15mins walk to Santa Monica Pier.

The rooms are clean, neat, and in good condition. The decor and furnishings were good quality and tasteful. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and professional. There were only a couple things that weren't perfect: 1) The sleeper sofa I used was not comfortable but maybe no sleeper sofas so I could simply have unrealistic expectations, and 2) the open atrium has a lot of echos so any noise I hear either from the lobby or the other floors can be heard through the door of my room which I found very distracting when I'm trying to sleep.
