Internet 1 Cleaning basic 3,5 Comfy bed 4,5 Coffee machine Nespresso 5 Shower not pressure 3,8 Cleaner lady knock the door at 8am . Check out is at 11 please Receptionist check in excellent treated thank you. Location hotel amazing lovely ! Quiet room. 5 Internet was a problem because we have to work. Terrible. But general very good

The room was big but located in the back of the building with direct access from the street. Felt a little unsafe. The hotel also charged me twice. The first card was declined but for some unexplained reason partial payment was still taken. Sorted it out in the end but it took a couple of hours explaining to my bank and the hotel manager to get it corrected.

Excellent service,rooms pretty clean

Hotel room was very clean. Not too noisy. Location was perfect, right in front of Santa Monica Pier/Beach. Plentiful of highly rated restaurants and eateries just outside the hotel along the same street so that was perfect when you got back from a long day out. There’s also shopping and Target a short 6-15 minute walk away, very convenient and perfectly located. Definitely get the room with sea view if you’d like to have the ocean view. The other wing faces inside of the hotel which is not much of a view. Other than that, would stay here again for the affordability for its location and cleanliness.

Good location, rooms are nice and quite big, even if the ocean view rooms have a very small balcony. Staff quite unprofessional and fake…hospitality is something you born with! I asked how much would be in case I wanted to extend one more night and the lady at the reception gave me a good price, but when I went back to pay (after 10 minutes) the price magically increased double!!!! Very disappointing and dishonest!

Location was superb, you could see the sea just directly opposite, we wished we could stay longer but it was very expensive.

酒店也就是有個好的位置，在聖塔莫尼卡碼頭步行五百米。房間超級小，價格灰常貴，而且窗外完全沒有海景，窗外是空調機的嗡嗡噪音

サンタモニカピアの近くでロケーションは最高でした！ アメニティに関しては、1日目ではもらえたものがもらえなかったりしました。

酒店就在碼頭對面，位置、服務都非常好，尤其推薦有露台的房間。停車費給了優惠，周邊elephant的餐廳特別推薦，很難得從9點營業到晚上11點，餐廳景觀和出品都一流

호텔은 비슷한 위치의 다른 호텔들에 비하여 가격이 합리적이었고, 깔끔했습니다. 프론트 직원과 마주치는 다른 직원들은 모두 친절했어요. 단, 호텔에서는 체크인 시 25 달러의 추가비용을 받습니다. Hotel destination fee 라는 명목으로 추가 지불을 요청합니다. 이런 부분이 예약 페이지와 예약 과정에서 전혀 사전 공지되지 않았습니다. 이 사항은 반드시 사전에 공지될 필요가 있다고 생각합니다.

위치가 너무 좋아요. 전면에 바로 산타모니카 바다가 있어 왠지 편안한 느낌이 드네요. 다만 3성급이다 보니 시설은 다소 만족스럽지 않아요. 샤워 중 바닥 배수가 잘 안된다던지 바다가 보이는 오션뷰 이외 방은 그다지 보기 좋지 않은 내부 중정뷰 등등.. 하지만 이런 불편함도 호텔의 위치가 너무 좋아서 잊을 수 있을 것 같네요.

定的豪華海景房，結果給了個監獄房，開車兩小時，等候5小時，説是平台對接房型定錯。酒店沒有餐廳，沒有配套，沒有海景，陽台看人家泊車，全是有害氣體。
