Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites

We returned today from this lovely hotel a family of six four adults two children age 11 &8. I have to start with the staff who are amazing friendly welcoming and ensure your stay is special. The hotel is spotless and well setout Rooms are very large with a separate lounge, bedroom and dressing room a lovely extra, kettles should be supplied just need to ask at reception for anything you require and delivered withing an hour. Restaurant, A great choice of food at every sitting if you can't find something to suit your taste there must be something wrong with you Everyone was catered for. We are two veterans and a gluten intolerant they had no problem selecting meals , apart from gluten-free dessert which there wasn't a big choice. The entertainment team were fantastic with the kids and adults, they remembered you name after one meeting and always upbeat and friendly. Location was great lovely walks along the seafront shops, bars and restaurants in a easy walk. The pool isn't heated so be warned, indoor pool is more undercover than indoors and not very large. The adult only rooftop solarium is well worth the 20€ per room very chilled and relaxing with fabulous views. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as family holiday Go and enjoy.

The hotel itself is really nice, but the rooms were a little small and outdated, although a nice sized balcony. There is a kids area outside with pool table and table tennis which was great but it did get very busy towards the end of the week when the school holidays started and you felt like you was just waiting to get a ball to the back of the head. I am glad we came outside of the school holidays as it was far too busy once the holidays had started. You cannot use floats or anything in the pool, that’s even if you can stomach the pool because they are both absolutely freezing. The pool is unfortunately in the shade all day so never warms up, even the “heated pool” was cold. There is a bit of a wind tunnel where the loungers are so can be quite windy. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was great although once again as it got busier towards the end of the week, it was very crowded and felt like there wasn’t enough food. The walls are very thin in the rooms and we had some really noisy neighbours who reception almost had to call police on, due to screaming and fighting. There is no security in the hotel. The views from the hotel are amazing, beautiful sunset every night. 10 minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach in Santa ponsa. Taxi was only €11 to Palma Nova. We’ve had a really nice week away but I am not sure if I would come back, and if I did it would not be during the school holidays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with a wide selection to choose from, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice lively beach food reasonable staff really nice. But animation team very quiet. Evening entertainment bad. And no hot drinks from breakfast till 5pm then nothing but water from 12pm till 7am.

Great hotel, staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The food was varied and tasty, with something for everyone. It was a great choice for our holidays, and we would definitely recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable break.

My favourite is the food specially the roast pork and it cook really really well with delicious and I know not many visitors like that BUT for my experience with the whole family this is something different. All staff are very friendly and polite. Things that need improvement.. 1) make play park or waterpark by the volleyball area which is not many visitors like to play with. 2) adding more arcade games and I'm pretty sure will add up incomes for the Hotel/Apartment/resort. 3) at the moment swimming pool chairs or bed are full..many visitors doesn't have space or chairs for them and it's frustrating for others specially newly visitors like us.
