Hotel muy bonito a 100m de la playa, puedes coger el autobús a Palma en la esquina del hotel, desayuno muy abundante y variado, muchos bares y tiendas alrededor. Sin duda genial, el personal súper amable

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025, on a short 6 day break. The rooms were always clean, great breakfast, lovely to sit around the pool. On arrival I found the air conditioning control panel in the room was broken, I could not turn off the cold air at night. I reported it to reception, not hopeful it would be repaired before we left. But the replacement panel was ordered, and fitted the next morning! The ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient if you want to travel into Palma, or surrounding resorts, with very good bus services, with the bus stops just outside the hotel. I was woken a couple of times in the early hours by men talking loud and other sounds outside the hotel (the taxi rank is close to the front of the hotel) but you can get that anywhere on holiday. I read a couple of negative reviews on here after returning home, but I am certain that they refer to when a previous manager was at the hotel. The manager during our stay was Melanie, and she certainly worked very hard to ensure that the hotel was well run for the benefit of the guests. We certainly thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Although the room was not ‘spotless’ to the highest standards, it was still clean enough, the towels, bedding, bins done daily. Also it was quite noisy for us as it’s on a roundabout, and also on the taxi rank and Fri and sat around 4am lots of chatter, maybe a local club closes at this time! But other than that the hotel staff were all excellent, and the breakfast was great. Fresh fruit every morning and everything else that one could possibly want. Restaurant Harry’s also fantastic, Food was probably the best we ate while there. Bar Cubanito, great cocktails at good prices. All in all a lovely stay and would return.

Amazing hotel, excellent location and staff were incredible as couldn’t do enough. Bar staff and breakfast staff were exceptional and the overall ambience was relaxed and friendly. Great position right opposite the beach but close to all bars and restaurants. Ask for Melanie on reception as she is a star

After an early morning flight we were welcomed to the plasa Santa Ponsa with a nice glass of Cava and as our room was ready we were able to check in early. Staff are excellent and very helpful and accommodating. We were guided to our 3rd floor room. We had a lovely view of the pool and garden with a small balcony furnished with 2 chairs. The room was modernly furnished and nicely decorated. All utilities with complimentary still water in the small fridge and a selection of tea/coffee and kettle were great. The room was clean and smelt fresh and all bedlinen and towels provided were clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfast buffet with a great selection of hot and cold food items available, fried eggs on demand with a selection of juices teas and coffees. We made use of the lovely outside bar area @ Cubanito. The location was ideal for us allowing us to explore Santa Ponsa daily walks. Varied Bars and Restaurants are near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Plasa Santa Ponsa, a special mention to Melanie, Tony and staff for their welcome & hospitality.

Just home from a great stay there. The hotel is really central and convenient for everything. Buses and taxis are on the doorstep and beach is across the road. The rooms are lovely and clean, modern decor with comfortable beds. There's tea/coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and mini fridge. Satellite TV with a few English Channels. The buffet breakfast is lovley with plenty of choice from cooked full english to gluten free options. The staff are pleasnt and very helpful and the managers, Tony and Mel made us feel like part of the family. We will definitely return soon and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
