Nice place staff very friendly Alex always very chatty and offering help and the Entertainment lady was so friendly positive a fun great lady. Breakfast was good , room was nice and all the staff were outstanding. Downside was the pool was on the small side. Santa ponsa is a great place and the beach is beautiful. Great for families.

Not nice memories from this hotel at all. Room was extremely smelly with sewage coming out of the bathroom and spreading across the whole room and kitchen. Even keeping the bathroom’ door closed with open window didn’t help. It happened that at 10pm there was not hot water to take shower. Bartender (tall, slim guy with beard) was very miserable, unhappy that he had to work. Every time I asked him for a drink he made it with a big fuss wanting to reuse the same plastic cup, didn’t even bother to put some ice in it. I understand you might have bad day but is it every day? Sometimes we have to put face on and carry on especially in hospitality business The worst from all was the restaurant with filthy black & white fabric tablecloths. They looked like they stayed there all summer as they were absolutely disgusting 🤢 super stinky and full of marks from gravy, jam and who knows what else was there. The restaurant staff just swiped some crumbs from the tables with dirty cleaning clothes. The tables were never ready for customers. There was no serviettes, salt and pepper and to get set of cutlery you had to ask couple of staff as even the baskets with cutleries were always empty. Glasses were only rinsed not washed as you could see all sticky fingers or lips marks. The only ONE GOOD thing about this hotel was food. Massive compliments to the chef as it was great selection and everything was super tasty. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We have just came home from here - no faults from us. Rooms were nice and clean, plenty of space ( we had 2 twin beds plus a sofa bed if needed ). Cleaner visited every 2/3 days. Great variety of food - even for fussy eaters. Always had chips, salads and icecream. They have a chef who cooks food in front of you too. Snack bar was a great option for your usual hot dogs, chips and pizza on tap. Good choice of drinks - beer on tap which our party went through like water and your usual branded Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7Up. Most drinks were “pour your own”, aside from the spirits and cocktails which the bartender made. Cups cost a refundable 1 Euro each which we found really efficient - no plastic cups left around by other guests. Pool is open from 10am and we loved the fact they didn’t allow sunbed reserving which meant we didn’t have to rush around first thing for a space (no sunbed wars). Also enjoyed the astroturf around the pool, no slipping with wet feet was a bonus. Daytime entertainment consisted of pool quizzes and little activities now and then for the kids such as painting, clay making and face painting. Staff are an asset to the hotel and definitely make the visit worthwhile - nothing is ever too much trouble, especially Tatiana from reception who has kindly helped us to reunite my son with his beloved Chase who decided to extend his holidays (we forgot to pack him home). Tatiana has even gone the extra mile to send us pictures of Chase waiting to come home so we could show our son that he is fine and enjoying himself! Thank you!! Kids club was great - open 10am till 1pm meaning we had a few hours to ourselves to catch some sun or just get a few bits done. Plenty going on for kids of all ages (my son 4 constantly had face paint on courtesy of kids club - he loved it!) Beach, shops, bars and restaurants are no more than 10 mins walk away - great location. Nighttime entertainment was across the road at sister hotel Jutlandia - we didn’t mind this as we could still use our all inclusive there and it was a nice change of scenery. Sister hotel was much bigger, and their kids entertainment was fab! All kids got involved (even the adults… big kids!!) It was my sons 4th birthday while we were here and the staff left a card, box of biscuits and a cone of sweeties for him! They really go above and beyond. Only con is the wifi doesn’t work the best but not a reason to not book this hotel. We don’t go on holiday to spend our time on our phones. We are already looking at coming back next year!

Just came back from a mini break with my wife. Really good hotel. All the staff were lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Really nice food. Great location with shops and bars etc just a short walk away. I would 100% return to this hotel. Missing it already.

Fantastic Holiday- beautiful hotel, great location, 5 min walk to shops/ bars . Hotel food was excellent, fresh grilled meats and fish everywhere day, plenty of choice . Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially Alex , he went above and beyond to make all the guests enjoy their stay, he was really friendly, always happy and attentive. The rooms were very spacious . My only criticism would be to stop the smoking near reception walkway and make a small area at the side a smoking area . Looking forward to returning.

I booked this hotel based on reviews on here and the fact that the hotel states it is accessible for people with waking difficulties. This is not the case. There are a lot of steps, most without hand rails and areas around the pool are not flat. This did not suit us and unfortunately we had to leave. The staff in the hotel are lovely. It's clean and in a good location. The all inclusive food is just ok, if not a little lower than standard AI.
