Plazamar Serenity Resort

Hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Vous avez les commodités bus taxis pour vous emmener à palma.(la capitale). Cet hôtel est extrêmement propre. les femmes de ménage font votre chambre tous les 2 jours et changent vos serviettes de bain. La piscine est nettoyée tous les matins. L hôtel est accessible 24h sur 24h. Le personnel de l accueil est disponible et accueillant et nous aide selon nos diverses questions. Pas de transfert hôtel mais il travaillent avec une société. Le seul petit bémol c est l insonorisation des chambres. Mais cet hôtel reste une réservation correcte. J̌

Stayed for a week in April 2025. It was a cheap deal, so expectations were cautious. It's a pretty standard 3* hotel/apartment complex with basic rooms and your usual pool, snack bar, reception area. We were self catering but majority seemed to be all inclusive. We had a couple of snacks (paid for) but did not check out the food at meal times so can't comment. Drinks were decent and fairly reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room fairly small for 4 of us, think it was a studio. 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds pretty much side by side. A hob, microwave, kettle and toaster for self catering. Bathroom was OK and walk in shower excellent; hot water and powerful. Cleaners only came every 2 days and did an OK job, but experienced better. All in all we pretty much got what we paid for. Middle of the road, OK, nothing special. Probably wouldn't come again. Done Santa Ponsa twice now and feel we've seen it all.

Having seen numerous glowing reviews and faced with inflated half-term prices, we decided to book, hoping for a memorable all-inclusive experience. Sadly, our stay fell short of expectations. The "all-inclusive" offering felt misleading. For children's ice cream, only one basic option was available, with no ice lollies at all. Surprisingly, even items like Haribo ice lollies and chicken nuggets during snack times incurred extra charges, while burgers and chips were included. Popcorn was listed, but the machine was reportedly out of order, suggesting a lack of effort to provide it. We were also concerned when a visibly unwell barmaid with nose piercings served us, blowing and wiping her nose in our faces! The bar service was painfully slow with long queues constantly, and also one functioning coffee machine. Contrary to previous reviews, access to the facilities, food, and drinks at the sister hotel across the road was not permitted, which was disappointing. More seriously, one evening I ate undercooked grilled turkey, which resulted in food poisoning. Finally, for anyone with a peanut allergy, stay far AWAY from the desserts (apart from ice cream) as the staff could not confirm if they had peanuts or not. On a positive note, the entertainment team, Saul and Maria, were truly outstanding. Their enthusiasm and engaging activities, from pizza making to t-shirt painting, made the holiday extra special for our children. The mini disco and general evening entertainment were also excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were pleasant, with the alternate-day cleaning schedule being perfectly acceptable. Additionally, the gaming machines near reception provided unexpected fun, and our children were thrilled to win some lovely prizes, including an Anna doll and a Baby Shark toy.
