Visited mid Sept and extremely hot. The hotel layout is good but possibly too many steps for anyone with mobility issues. Staff most ok. Pool area very busy with lots of kids which we found unusual for this time of the year. Sun beds always available just help yourself. Could be a bit indiscrimate where people placed them. Entertainment mainly for kids. Room a bit basic but the shower fine. Unusually for AI the food was satisfactory with plenty of choice. The one complaint we had was the fact that the bar area closed at 11pm. I can understand stopping the AI drinks but you couldn't even buy a drink after that. We don't bother with alcoholic drinks through the day so this was disappointing. Didn't expect that in Majorca !! At 11.30 the terrace was in total darkness when the lights were switched off. One night we were chatting with another couple and were told to leave as the terrace was now closed. Finally, there are notices all around the hotel advising towels would be removed if left on sunbeds etc They weren't. Secondly no smoking/vaping signs were regularly ignored, particularly bad if it happened in the dining area. If you are going to have rules enforce them...

Before we had even got to our room we were asked to pay 70 euros Safe 32 Euros 10 back at checkout Tourist tax 36 Euros Drink Tokens 2 Euros ( this was a bit of a pain as we were all Inclusive and you had to keep taking cup back when wanting another drink they would not give a new one without the cup dont expect to have to do this when AI) Location: Perfect within 5min walk to bars restaurants and beach ( If wanting to go to The Square its well over 30 mins walk taxi is 5 euros there and back Rooms: Were fine although not in them long Entertainment : was not much as only 1 person so not much going on during the day shows were on at night which were the usual stuff Staff : didnt really interact with them but the pool bar is the only bar so service could be quicker Restaurant : This is the worst one I have every been in all the years going abroad the actual food bit was tiny and not a lot of choice either fish chicken or lamb but the real big problem is the infestation of pigeons and birds in the sitting area the are everywhere on tables on chairs walking across cutlery eating from plates that have been left as not cleared quick enough and staff dont do anything to prevent them the worst bit was I had to go to a table and tell someone not to eat their lunch as a pigeon had been on the plate eating the food while they were at the bar trying to get a drink this is totally unacceptable in this day and age and for that reason I will not be back and not recommend this Hotel to anyone especially if scared of birds big No No and something needs to be done before someone becomes seriously ill

Can’t fault this hotel at all, the pool is not small as someone has said on here plenty of room. I’d recommend going all inclusive even though someone said don’t. Yeah you pay €1 euro deposit just €1 for a cup but so, just keep hold of your cups of swap for tokens. It really isnt hard to keep them when you’re not using it. Rooms were very clean, Saul, what a guy and his partner were fantastic always tried their best. I can’t thank them enough, they made our stay very enjoyable. The other guests were amazing, met some great people even got their numbers and hopefully going back together for another holiday together. Always beds available around the pool, great for kids and families. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s miles better in person. Highly recommend and hoping to go back next year with the family. 5* rating for sure can’t fault it at all.

ARRIVAL My family arrived on 30th August for a 7 night stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and asked to complete some check in paperwork. We arrived at 12 and had to wait until 3pm for our rooms to be ready but after storing our luggage it was no issue. RESTAURANT AND POOL We had lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of food. Quality was definitely evident and hygiene in and around the restaurant were clear to see. After lunch the kids relaxed in the pool until the room was ready. The pool isn't huge compared to previous hotels we have stayed in but it does the job. THE ROOMS We booked two rooms as the twin apartment wasn't available. Room 103 and 104. The rooms were clean and spacious but a little weathered. You can tell that room 103 had a recent bathroom refurbishment with a built in walk in shower and shower screen. The balcony was unfortunately located next to the staff outdoor restaurant and bins which weren't ideal. Our balcony doors didn't feel overly secure either with a simple latch bolt as opposed to a lock and key. We had a small kitchenette which has an electric hob, sink, fridge etc - presumably for self catering guests. Room 104 bathroom was outdated with a long mouldy shower curtain. Around the hotel there are various toilets, a relaxation area with sofas, a few arcade machines and a pool table. The gym on site is small but available 24/7 and has everything you need for functional fitness. A FEW OBSERVATIONS You have to leave a €10 refundable deposit for pool towels. You have to leave a €1 per cup refundable deposit. - the idea being green and avoiding waste so not a bad idea. You're not allowed to take food from restaurant to your room. Seems a little odd given that the rooms come with dining table and chairs in the apartment and a table and chairs in the balcony. Bar, waiting staff, reception staff and entertainment crews work extremely hard and super lovely so thats a huge factor in making a holiday a great experience. Beach and local amenities are literally a 2min and 5min walk away. Overall its a fairly quiet area or at least it was when we were there. Smoking areas are right at the front of the hotel which I think is poorly placed - given that new guests including children will walk through when they arrive and the first thing that greets them is a wall of smoke. Overall I would say its a no thrills experience. Its functional and does what it needs to but I wouldnt be rushing to book it again.
