Hotel Casablanca

Fantastic hotel in a great location with only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. View from the sea view balconies lovely, rooms very comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good selection and variety of food, would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a 4 day break at this hotel and we loved it. The location of the hotel was great , just a short stroll to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Every single person working at this hotel was delightful, very friendly and helpful and they all work so hard. The room was clean, beds comfortable and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with a partial beach view. There was never the mad rush in the morning for sunbeds. The pool area itself was peaceful with a pool bar that served snacks and nice chilled drinks. We were half board but wish we had chosen b&b only as we didnt think the evening meal was very good, we ate mostly salads, fries and bread as we didnt like what was on offer. However other people who dined there didnt seem to mind so its a personal choice thing maybe. The breakfast however was good, with plenty of choice. We will definately return to this hotel if we go back to Santa Ponsa .

I do my research when choosing a hotel so I had good expectations of Hotel Casablanca. However my expectations were greatly exceeded. This is an excellent 3 star hotel and the website photos don’t do it justice. Very good value. The location is superb, it’s elevated up a quiet street but within a few short minutes walk of the beautiful beach, great views too from the back of the hotel. We arrived late at night. We were very warmly welcomed by a very polite and friendly lady on reception .I knew instantly I’d made the correct choice. The reception area was spotlessly clean and inviting. Our 2nd floor room 503 is a refurbished room, modern fittings , excellent bathroom with huge walk in rainfall shower. The view is superb, over the pool and down to the beach. Lovely to sit on the balcony talking it all in!! Outstanding housekeeping, kept the room immaculate all week and as I’m a clean freak this was hugely impressive and my sincere thanks to the lovely lady. Breakfast was excellent, fresh melon and yogurt for me followed by omelette and mushrooms or tomatoes. Lots of lovely pasties. Freshly cooked eggs, pancakes etc, variety of milk choices. 10/10.Presentation of food high, attentive service, staff work very hard removing used plates very quickly. We sat on the outside terrace talking in the view. Every morning the pool is cleaned to perfection, that was very reassuring to witness. Peaceful pool area, selection of pools. Again immaculate pool facilities. We really liked the peace and quiet by the pool, great no loud music!! We dined in one night. Buffet style for €17.50 . Excellent value and plenty of good choices for dinner. We all really enjoyed our holiday, this is a calm ,peaceful hotel with excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble,
