Courtyard Santa Rosa

The trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem. Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family. The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again. We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott back in April for work. I was there for just under 10 days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Love the shower amenities. The cafe located in the lobby was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful. I think for the price, you can't beat it. Oh yeah, can't forget the fresh cookies!

Great location, but do hear a lot of street noise (though no trains!). Room is standard Courtyard.... though would really have liked some shelving around the sink since there was little countertop. Separate toilet/shower area- decent size but absolutely NO water pressure- thankfully hot water seemed plentiful as I had to stand under the weak spray for a long time to rinse! Bed was comfy, good bedside reading lights, large desk with desk lamp to work at. Lounge area was nicely set up, but breakfast was a disappointment-- $$$ for meh food. Should have gone elsewhere but was trying to eat before hitting the wineries....

The hotel is old and it shows, some renovations have been done but the bathtubs are old and have rusted drains. The room I was given smelled like dog pee and the bathroom smelled moldy. I left the room and went to another nearby hotel. Avoid this place! The internet speed was 3MBPS at best. That’s like dialup speed.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. I booked the day of my stay. Prior to booking, I called the front desk to ask if the pool was heated, and they said yes. When we arrived later that day, it turned out the pool heater was broken. My son was super disappointed and it left a really sour taste to be misled like that from the front desk. In addition, we selected the breakfast option in our booking. The selection in the menu and portions turned out to be slim to say the least. Everything else at the hotel is pretty average. I would stay somewhere else.

This is a typical Courtyard except that the bar.food service was closed when we were there. :) Clean rooms but just an average place. If you need a clean and comfy place to stay, this will do. The folks at check-in were kinda rude in the sense that I had checked-in virtually and they could not grasp that. Odd.

My family stayed at this hotel for a family reunion and I arrived with the electricity out due to the storm. I understand that you cannot control disasters but you must have an emergency plan in place for these situations. This place did not. We were on the 4th floor and had to climb in darkness. This was incredibly dangerous. Emergency lighting should have been activated. In the morning. again, I had to climb in complete darkness. My phone was dead because I couldn’t charge it - another safety issue. I called the manager in the morning and discussed this with him after driving back home phone charged and his response was he didn’t know it was going to happen. I told him that emergencies are unpredictable and you need to have an emergency plan with lights for your guests. He didn’t take responsibility for this extreme mishap on their part. I will never stay here again especially since I was with my elderly parents.

The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. We used our membership and received an upgrade to a balcony suite. The balcony held one adult and overlooked the dumpster. Outside my door in the hallway was garbage and debris everywhere. A hazard waiting happen to anyone.

The hotel is located on a historic part of town with several excellent restaurant choices. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming sincere smiles. It appears to be a new facility with large walk in showers. The front desk Tess was just so helpful in anything that was needed.
