Dwo Sirius - Adults Only

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Del Sirius! 6 nights The staff were lovely, the location was ideal, and the breakfast-only option suited us perfectly. It was also really easy to take the train to Barcelona, which made for a great day out. Food along the main strip wasn’t amazing, but don’t miss The Drunken Duck — great portions and a proper meal! Overall, a good stay. would definitely come back!

Well what can I say apart from outstanding! This resort was clean, staff were so friendly, the location was amazing & this has definitely given me the holiday buzz! Since returning I have never felt so sad! I loved every part of this holiday & even the way staff managed a little sun bed issue just made me have full trust in the team & hotel. Will 100% be returning & hopefully very soon! Thank you for a lovely stay ＜3

Looking at the previous high starred reviews it seems like people were not holidaying at peak time. Our first full day was last Tuesday it was quiet, which was lovely the hotel is lovely and clean and we managed to get a sunbed with very little issues. I liked the idea of the sunbed area not opening until 9 but it should be staffed as on the Wednesday there was a group of a certain nationality who had arrived and it became aggressive, rude and pushy. There were apparently an elderly lady who was at the front of the queue who was pushed out of the way and never managed to get a bed. We gave up trying in the end and waited until the end of the day. There were towels with no one on them, we never saw or heard of any member of staff check the beds or remove towels. There was a lady who walked up to another ladys bed who was at the bar getting a drink and she removed her things because she wanted to be next to someone. This caused a loud argument. The hotel is quite a large hotel and they looked around 30 beds which is nowhere near enough to cover the hotel of this size.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the pool area was lovely. Several members of the staff were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious and distressing incident. One of my friends was physically attacked by another guest without any provocation. While the hotel did move us to a different room following the incident, the individual responsible was allowed to remain on the premises. This left us feeling extremely unsafe. What was most disappointing was the response from hotel management and some members of the reception team. Despite the police being involved, we were shown little empathy or concern. Rather than feeling supported, we felt as though the situation was downplayed and that we were being blamed. The lack of accountability and compassion from senior staff ultimately led us to cut our trip short and return home early. This was a deeply upsetting experience, especially given that we were a group of young women who expected to feel safe and protected while on holiday. It’s a real shame, as the hotel itself has potential and many of the staff were genuinely lovely. However, the way this situation was handled by management left us feeling vulnerable and let down. I would urge caution, particularly for young female travellers considering this hotel.

Exceptional hotel.Food is fantastic quality and choice with fresh cook stations.I never have dessert but these dessert s and quality ice cream were irresistible.Area beautiful and flamenco trip we booked separately night show with food was great and so much food.The hotel entertainment was quality except disco nights just awful.The best entertainers are duo called last night.They are actually live music.guitar.drums.great voices and great mix of music for all.Had they been on extra nights instead of the disco it would have been perfect .Definitely would go back.Spotless and friendly staff

Good food, comfortable but basic room. More storage space would be good. Staff friendly and good service. We did visit when it was fairly empty. Only real criticism was the bath. Shower over the bath but no handles to help us less mobile pensioners. We had to ask for a bathmat after I slid getting out. Nice touch was the fruit, cold water and sweets at reception. Entertainment was good especially the magician and his stroppy parakeet.
