Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

The staff are unfriendly, and the rooms are not clean. The cooks handle raw chicken then touch the cooked food with the same gloves as they put it on your plate and the platters. The pool area smells of sewage and there are noisy diggers and drilling outside the rooms from 8am to 6pm. This holiday was a waste of money, couldn't wait to go home.

I've stopped at some poor hotels but this is by far the worst one some staff was ok others so rude the food was the same everyday and was luke warm we went all inclusive and a section of the bar was cordoned off for us to use but not open till 11am and people paying got served beer from different pumps and you could see the difference ours lost the head within minutes and was served in a 1/3 of a pint glasses but the others paying had proper pint glasses and the head stayed on it till the last mouthful showing ours was watered down the waiting staff came round collecting empty glasses so I said could I have 2 beers they brought them from the paying peoples pumps and put them on the table with a bill so I showed him my inclusive bank and he took them away. We had to pay €7 for kettle hire. €10 each for the inclusive wristbands which you got back when they cut the band off at the end of the holiday we had no water in the hot tap and they did nothing about it.no English TV channels and they had taken the menu button out of the remote to stop you tuning it .when we booked it was a 4 * but after a few days found out they had been bought by another chain who's hotels are all 3* and yes you could tell and wasn't prepared to issue any kind of refund
