陽台海景很好 ，送了迎客香檳給我們🍾。我哋新年除夕晚餐在泳池有音樂和派對，但係晚餐127歐一位 價格頗貴＇距離小鎮很近，除夕有音樂會到第二天六點，環境和氣氛非常好。新年期間放假比較貴，房間有點小，另外沖涼房天花板沒有燈，只有洗手盆上邊有燈，比較昏暗。

This is a wonderful hotel. Perfect for a quiet and chilled holiday. It's position high up in Los Gigantes gave a wonderful view from both the pool area (pool is heated) and our hotel room, which was spacious, well equipped, and with a large terrace. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious (although we would have liked rice as an alternative to chips.) Getting down to Los Gigantes and back was not too bad, we found it quiet there, so stayed at the hotel more than we would normally, but didn't mind because the hotel was so lovely. Would totally recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous apartments. Amazing views from the balcony areas and overall stunning apartments/grounds which are beautifully maintained. Very relaxing area. Only a short stay of two nights for us, but I would not hesitate to return. Thank you to all staff

What a lovely aparthotel. Our large arge airy apartment was clean and comfortable, with amazing sea view and a spacious terrace with sunbeds and parasol. This is a small complex which meant there were always plenty of sunbeds available around the very clean and tidy pool, and the water maintained a lovely temperature. The harbour and beach were a 10 min walk away, and although the walk back is uphill it is quite manageable provided you have no mobility/health issues. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The lovely lady on reception was aware that our sons were joining us part-way through the holiday and very kindly made sure that their apartment was next to ours. Dining options at the Klayman Diamond were very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and there were themed dining events during our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. Waiter/pool barman Lorenzo was always cheerful and helpful, another great asset to this hotel. The only downside during our stay is that no courtesy room was available as the hotel was full and there are no other shower facilities available if you have a late check out but this was not enough to spoil our holiday. We all had a great time!

Overall not too bad. Starting with the good:- Nice spacious apartment with lovely sea views from a big balcony. Kept very clean and well provisioned by friendly cleaning staff. The not so good:- The breakfast is hugely disappointing. Small area with equally small pickings and poor quality. Choice of four bland cereals. The plainish muesli almost broke my tooth when I crunched into what felt like a small rock. The next day I tried the cooked breakfast instead only to find every item cold to luke warm at best. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried again the next day only to find it cold again. Haven't been since and feel no choice but to find breakfast elsewhere in the village. We prepaid extra for our breakfast at a rate of 31 euros per day! So we naturally feel very burned by this especially as the breakfast is so poor that we need to eat elsewhere and have wasted so much of our hard earned money on something we can't use. One other complaint is the beds. They're very lumpy hard and the pillows are not very soft. A real shame that these two issues let this otherwise nice place down badly.

Things we really liked about this aparthotel were the light, spacious and comfortable room, well equipped, spotlessly clean, the view from the balcony (top floor) over the town and to La Gomera beyond, the staff were all lovely, the pool was great for a proper swim when not being divebombed by kids and the food we had at breakfast and the two themed dinner evenings we went to all excellent. The walk down the hill to the village and back up is ok if you take the shortcut steps and not a problem for us but might need to use taxis if you're not very agile. Downsides for us were our noisy neighbours - both the adults and their children had no volume switch or consideration for others. It would be a perfect hotel (in our experience) if it was adults only. The challenge of trying to get a parking space outside on the street every day.

The hotel, staff, management, location, and views are world-class. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Dining options are good, and breakfast, with excellent views, is a great way to start the day. The hotel is fresh and modern, with excellent Indian and Italian cuisine nearby. Street parking is safe and abundant. It’s a 50km trip to Teide volcano. For car hire, ask the hotel; they are very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

What a wonderful family holiday, the staff are exceptionally helpful and nothing is too much trouble, big shout out to Lorenzo who went over and above, setting up the TV for us to watch the darts championship. Rooms are spacious and provide everything you need including loungers on the balcony. Pool and bar area kept very clean, always managed to get a lounger. We treated ourselves to one of the balinese beds a couple of days. Food is very tasty and plenty to choose from. All in all an excellent little place we will definitely be back.

Our first visit here over Xmas 2024 - it won't be our last. A lovely little quaint complex, designed to a high, clean & lovely spec. The rooms are spacious & well equipped with everything you need. The pool area is great with spectacular views over LG & out to La Gomera. The staff are excellent, and the food from the poolside bar is superb. All in all, a wonderful & enjoyable stay - I would 100% recommend.
