The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The restaurant team seemed poorly trained and focused more on their internal operations than on customer service. For example, instead of allowing us to order early breakfast through their advertised 24-hour room service, they required us to place the order the night before and store it in our minibar—which, by the way, wasn’t working. We ordered hard-boiled eggs for a child, and both came undercooked, which was unsafe.
The front desk staff, especially during the night shift, showed a complete lack of care for guests.
The food was good but overpriced, and the service times and procedures were inefficient.
On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
