Lovely place overlooking the caldera. Some of the hotel rooms are above Oia’s thoroughfare whilst most are below, alongside reception, black rock restaurant (where breakfast is served) and a small gym. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It’s well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food great; this can also be ordered to the room. The restaurant is 50 or so steps from the throughfare. There is good Wi-Fi throughout, and two outdoor pools - they are not large but can be a nice place to cool off; one of the pools has a bar area.

What an incredible place to stay! From the massive room (which included a large day bed type lounge in the lounge room) to the hot tub balcony with the most incredible views we've ever experienced in a hotel, it is hands down, the most fabulous place we've ever stayed! The staff were brilliant, and especially Theano, who was soooo lovely and always stopped to chat and make us feel so special ❤️ The many many stairs can't be avoided in Oia (if you want those stunning views) but they are worth it!! Thank you again Santorini Secret Suites for the most amazing start to our Greek Islands holiday!!!! Cyndi and Des Tivnan

Best location for convenience. Beautiful view! Clean, cool, comfortable and inviting two floor suite. Swimming pool was perfect with views of Caldara, also beautiful views from every level of the suite. The breakfast was amazing and table service with many options. Theano greeted us and gave us a wonderful tour… she was a pleasure to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions. The service was fantastic all around, from servicing the room, restaurant Black Rock, luggage help, and our fantastic driver through the hotel Zisis( not sure of spelling). It’s hard to put into words how wonderful everything was and my family truly had a wonderful time and would HIGHLY recommend Secrets Santorini Premium!

Stayed here for our 30 year wedding anniversary. We were treated like royalty, such a friendly, welcoming staff. It was spotless inside and out. Clean rooms & bedding, comfortable beds. Not only would we stay here again, we ARE. Currently planning our 2025 return.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is outstanding, cannot find a better place in Oia. What stands out from my experience at this hotel was Kostas, the GM. He is an amazing person. Very hospitable. He went out of his way to deliver my missed daughter bag, which she left behind, to the ferries port. Definitely recommended and will come back soon.

From the very beginning our welcome to the hotel was first class. Our bags were immediately transferred for us and we were welcomed with a view that amazed from the first minute until we left. The team could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was amazing and worth the walk to the restaurant but it did feel so decadent to have it brought to our room and enjoy our own private balcony. The room sizes are very generous and our welcome bottle of champagne was just the ticket to start our stay.

Fabulous small property. Service was outstanding. Sophia helped us so much. The staff were very good Lots of instagram photos of water fall. We toured the island with a driver. Less traffic and people in April. Went on a catamaran tour of the Caldera. No others on boat that fit 16 tourists. Santorini looks like the images you think oh when you think of Greece.

Santorini Secret Premium is a lovely, well appointed hotel perfectly placed above the caldera and in easy walking distance to everything Oia has to offer. The room was spectacular and the views from our balcony with private hot tub were amazing, as was the breakfast served every morning on the terrace. The staff seemed more like friends than staff and we enjoyed interacting with them. Nina at the hotel spa is amazing, a massage with her is a real treat! We had room #62 on the upper floor. The rooms on the lower floor seemed a bit less private but beautiful nonetheless. Thank you Santorini Secret Premium!

From the moment we arrived the concierge was helpful and kind. The staff helped with the littlest details to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The hotel and room were clean and fresh. Some manny times the information and pictures you read/ view on hotels websites are a blown out of proportion. Not here,the Santorini Secret Spa was better than advertised. It is also located in prime spot, not too busy, but close walking distance to everything. Santorini Secret is a perfect place for a get away.
