Mythical Blue Luxury Suites

Jacuzzi not working, waited for almost half a day and water is still cold, the women in the reception keep telling us to wait, but after more than one hour there is no difference in the water temperature at all. At the end they just change the water to warm water and told us it will get to 38 degree after some time. But the water gets colder and colder. The facility was broken and the staff should knew it since we was a comment on Google just a few days before us saying the same thing. We paid extra for the hot water jacuzzi but didn’t enjoy it at all. Totally disappointed!

Santorini dual jacuzzi Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. The reception personnel helped us book transportation to the port and even helped with luggage.

Stayed in top room from their suites- Private villa with panoramic view and jacuzzi. Guess, what it was infested with tons of bedbugs. Reported my bites with a live bedbug, they changed the bedding etc in the room and said "Sorry, probably previous guest brought it". But from the size of infestation, the problem seemed to have been there for quite a while. I now have bites all over my upper body- neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back. Cycling my clothes in public laundromats on high heat multiple times on the vacation, hoping I don't carry these home. And this is not a 4-star hotel in any way. It's like of a small 1-star motel. No drinking water supplied in room, no coffee machine. Breakfast was below average.

The location was wonderful overlooking the caldera. In general the hotel is average in its overall quality of services. The rooms were not practically designed, the breakfast offered and personnel kind but not professional. The money spent were more that is offering.

this hotel is not a 4 star category and it is way overpriced. 1. payng more than 400 per night you expect the pick up to be included in the rate (35eur to do pier - htl) 2. there was no free water in the room (they offered two welcome drinks but again, for this price at least the water is a musy in the room) 3 no service list or phone number of the hotel provided in the room so to place order you had to go to reception (not what would happen in a luxury 4 star hotel), room cleaning service was very poor too. 4 shower gel, pool towels were not given as they forgot, fine, but answer cannot be "sorry, maybe we forgot"... 5 the worst thing ever that really made us unconfrotable all time was the family running this business, always in the pool area smoking drinking and eating, It made us feel like we were disturbing using the swimming pool which is why we only stayed there for few hours and made it back to our room (so paid a ridiculous price to not even being able to enjoy the place). Honestly I don't know how they managed to own this place but a 4 star staff would at least wear uniforms and wouldn't spend all day laying on sofas smoking and playing loud music. The old lady especially was truly embarassing and way unprofessional. 6 the "private" thubs outisde the suites are not private at all as all in the common patio, small and facing each other, the pircutres on booking are very misleading and bookins should definitely check better these adds to avoid guests being stolen their money.

Amazing hotel with unimaginable view and services. Awesome experience i would definitely recommend! Great thanks to Katerina and the staff for taking care of us and making a memorable and unforgettable holiday experience!!! Will be definitely visiting again!!!
