Mythical Blue Luxury Suites

This hotel is located at the slope of the touristy trail on a slope of Fira. A lot of tourist along the road taking beautiful photos. It has two entrance and the one closer to the road where you will see the hotel tend to be closed and have to go a few footsteps further to get inside. The receptionist is friendly and responsive who is staying nearby the hotel. Receiption may not always have people standby but there's a sign there with WhatsApps number for you to reach to the receptionist. The public pool is awesome with nice view and a bar. The room I stayed has an indoor jaccuci and and outdoor small pool. It is relatively to the Fira bus terminal and the very close to the cable car station where you can take it to the port for volcano tour. There was only a slight glitch at night was there was a electricity outage for about 30mins at night but luckily I was almost ready for bed. The breakfast was huge but had to have it at the bar dining area instead of outside the suite.

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Mythical Blue Luxury Suites in Santorini and to request a full refund for the unacceptable conditions we experienced. I had booked four rooms for a long-anticipated vacation with four couples, expecting a luxurious and scenic experience as promoted on their website and booking platforms. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked and deeply disappointed to find that the rooms provided were essentially dark caves—completely windowless, with no natural light, no ventilation, and absolutely no view. This was not what was advertised or reasonably expected from a property marketed as a luxury destination in one of the world’s most picturesque locations. The absence of any mention of these conditions during the booking process amounts to a clear misrepresentation, and it ruined the entire vacation experience for all of us. To be fair, I would like to acknowledge that the staff service during our stay was amazing. The team was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit, and we have absolutely no complaints regarding the service provided by the hotel staff. However, given the misleading nature of the booking and the extremely poor quality of the accommodation provided, we are requesting a full refund for the four rooms booked. Stayed in top room from their suites- Private villa with panoramic view and jacuzzi. Guess, what it was infested with tons of bedbugs. Reported my bites with a live bedbug, they changed the bedding etc in the room and said "Sorry, probably previous guest brought it". But from the size of infestation, the problem seemed to have been there for quite a while. I now have bites all over my upper body- neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back. Cycling my clothes in public laundromats on high heat multiple times on the vacation, hoping I don't carry these home. And this is not a 4-star hotel in any way. It's like of a small 1-star motel. No drinking water supplied in room, no coffee machine. Breakfast was below average.
