Alunia Incognito Suites - Adults Only

Don't you dare approach the ALUNIA Incognito Suites hotel. At first the room looked nice and cozy but it's all for appearances. The first day we arrived at the hotel there was a terrible smell of sewage coming out of the sink, a nauseating and unbearable smell. We tried to talk to the reception and each time we were given answers that didn't solve anything like: "Open a window", we decided to try to focus on the good and go out for a bit but when we returned to the hotel the smell got worse. In addition, we discovered that ants were coming out of the wall in the bathroom. Another problem that came up is that suddenly hot water stopped coming out in the shower. In this case too they said it would be resolved within fifteen minutes and of course nothing was resolved, when we asked again they said another half hour, finally our day only started at 3pm! In this case, the representative answered us, "Now it's summer, take a quick shower with cold water." We felt that there was no desire to really help us and a sense of disdain from the clerk who claims to be the manager of the place! This thing created a lot of stress and hard feelings during the trip and I don't want anyone else to experience that! The rooms here are relatively expensive and the heartache is great, So listen to me and find yourself another hotel and don't you dare go near this one.

Lovely Hotel, each room has its own private pool which is great, staff where all amazing and very helpful. Santorini is a lovely Island with lovely and friendly people. All that said we would return to the hotel.

This was the perfect spot for us to explore the island! It’s a fast walk into Pyrgos and there is adjacent parking if you have an ATV or other vehicle. We had a suite with a private pool and a view toward the caldera. It was great to come back to each night just to lounge. Mornings, it was also a nice spot to eat breakfast (which was also very good.) The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to arrange transfers to/from JTR with them. The room itself was lovely. Very quiet. Plenty of stairs so, if that is a concern, you should look into that at booking. Would absolutely stay here again and, if you’re looking for something away from the craziness of Fira, look no further.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le lieu est magnifique, très bien localisé lorsqu’on a la possibilité de se déplacer en quad. Tout est accessible, Fira a 15 minutes, Oia a 25 minutes. Grand parking, piscine génial, chambre propre… et le personnel est très gentil et discret. Il n’y a pas aucun vis-à-vis sur la piscine, c’est pas 100% privé, mais ça reste quand même bien caché. En tout cas, nous retenons qu’avoir une piscine sur la terrasse c’est génial ! Et pyrgos est un village traditionnel sympas, sans trop d’agitation, donc c’est très agréable. Possibilité de se faire livrer à la maison, peti dej, repas ect, les réceptionnaires expliquent tout. Nous reviendrons ☺️☺️

Ottima esperienza, camere come da foto, staff molto gentile, colazione in camera buona e abbondante. La posizione è perfetta, ai piedi di Pyrgos, a n modo che si può velocemente clemente raggiungere qualunque posto. Siamo stati contenti e soddisfatti!
