Celestia Grand

Was here with a few friends about a week ago for a birthday celebration and we had an amazing stay! Niko the concierge is exceptional, he is amazing and loves what he does. The entire team at celestial was lovely . Our villa was cleaned twice a day , fresh sheets , etc The pool area was cleaned every other day . Break fast was served on time and very delicious 🤤. I will recommend this place over and over again. Worth the cost!!!!

I visited this hotel a week ago and had top notch services. I want to thank Niko -our concierge who was exceptional, professional and available to ensure our stay was wonderful. We had our rooms cleaned twice a day 🤗 Fresh towels and bath Robes available. This place deserves a 5 Star and more. Our stay was pleasant and it felt like home away from home. The views are breath taking 😍.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Iantha villa at the Celestia Grande for several nights in June. Prior to our visit Niko emailed outlining itinerary options tailored to the groups personal interests. While on site the services provided by Niko and the staff were exemplary. Requests for information, reservations, and transportation were managed with enthusiasm and care to provide us with an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were spectacular with an expansive view of the Caldera. The hotel is within walking distance of Fira town center however they also offer a complimentary shuttle. The town offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing options . From our location we could view the Santorini port, volcano and in the distance Oia. The rooms were bright and spacious with luxury linens. The rooms and outside spaces were cleaned daily. In the evening they provided a linen refresh and turndown service. The sun deck, heated pool and hot tub are well equipped with a shaded dining area. A customized breakfast was delivered daily to the room based on our schedule request. Upon our arrival Niko provided a welcome snack on the sun deck with a guide/history of the island. Niko suggested dining on the deck the first night to take in the sunset. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the menu options. During our stay with friends at the villa we were celebrating a special occasion which Niko offered to commemorate with a photo shoot from his favorite locations on the property . He captured stunning sunset photos providing us with a treasured keepsake of the trip. Another example of the level of service provided was on our departure day, Niko started his morning at 3:30am to porter our bags and personally deliver a packaged breakfast with coffee. I highly recommend a visit to Celestia Grand in Santorini. Niko is a five star concierge with a playful sense of humor. His recommendations during our stay were very insightful and will surely bring us back to this beautiful island again!

We have such beautiful memories of staying at the beautiful and immaculate celestia grand! From the gorgeous views, to the privacy , the generosity and helpfulness of Niko we were never disappointed. Niko would do anything to satisfy his customers! Highly recommended!

I used Trip Advisor to try and find the very best place to stay in Santorini and decided on the Celestia Grand based off of the perfect reviews even though trip advisor currently rates it as #3. I am extremely happy I did as I managed to see the other top places and they really don’t compare! We travelled as a family with our kids and the Grandparents and stayed for a full week! The villas are simply beautiful with amazing views. The food was incredible, with an on-site chef that cooked amazing food. The meat platters were one of our favorites and we had breakfast every morning set out for us, I highly recommend the Greek style omelette! For us, the star of the show was Nico! He really took care of us and we did everything he recommended and it all turned out perfectly. My father in law is suffering stage 4 cancer and Nico looked after him when we went on excursions that he didn’t feel up to. When we went to different places they knew we were coming cause Nico had always called ahead. He made sure we were taken care of at every meal and I am quite sure that there was not a point in our trip that he was not thinking of us and making sure we were having a good time. The staff at the Celestia Grand works hard as well. One thing I really liked is tips are not expected every time you get room service or your bags transferred, you can simply leave the gratuity at the end, which is nice and ensures everyone gets taken care of. If you are looking for the BEST place to stay in Santorini it is the Celestia Grand. Trip advisors algorithm is off by a long shot! If you stay here do the boat trips that he recommends and the beach he recommends. The seaside restaurant at the beach had amazing food as well! Thanks again, Nico, Alex, Bobby, and staff!

Wow.. really all I can say about Celestia Grand. I stumbled on them when I was frantically looking for a place that would accept children under 12. Apparently it's near impossible to find on Santorini. It ended up being the biggest blessing. This hidden gem leaves no detail missed. Niko was in touch as soon as we booked offering to help with our stay in anyway. I responded, expecting the normal, "how many extra pillows or towels do you need" response. Man was I wrong. He helped plan our entire stay, building an itinerary that helped keep the kids entertained and the adults happy as well. This man wields MAGIC. He booked all of our reservations, transfers, tours, excursions.. EVERYTHING. He truly cares about your stay and that you feel like you're actually on vacation. And as a mother of smaller kids, it's nearly impossible for me to actually unwind and relax, well it happened here. They were so kind and caring to our kids and made them feel so welcomed. Bobby brings a breakfast built for kings every morning based on when you schedule it with Niko the night before. They plan your housekeeping on your schedule for the day so they are in and out before you even come home. We ate dinner here one night and the food was phenomenal. The place is pristine! Rooms are well appointed and has everything you could need. Typically when I'm on vacation, I'm really ready to go home... we usually all are. Not this time.. we were all super sad and wanting to extend our stay, alas responsibilities called us home. If you can stay here, don't keep searching. BOOK. I'm telling you. You won't regret it. It's just outside of Fira so it's peaceful and quiet. With Niko at the helm you canNOT go wrong. We can't wait to come back.
