It was a really pleasant stay and the staff were all really nice and helpful! The receptionist Vagos, in particular, was really proactive in helping us out and recommending us to different places 😊

Everything was perfect, the view was fantastic and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is not far from the Airport and there’s a shuttle bus to Fira. The most impressive is the service of the hotel staff provided, every staff were well trained,especially Mr. Vagos, he provide an exceptional service, he help us a lot with patience and always with a big smile. Mr. Vagos is definitely a valuable asset to the hotel. I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, room is spacious and clean. Quiet location but yet close to Fira. Sunset at jacuzzi is stunning! Staff are friendly and helpful!

員工非常熱情，還幫忙規劃行程，早餐也很好，並且酒店還有shuttle（不過時間少，見評論照片）；並且還可以找前台定旅行團，幫租車（非常靠譜且便宜，40來歐就能搞定） 設施：齊全，並且還配牙膏和刮鬍刀，在歐洲很少見了 總之非常推薦，是個非常完美美麗的酒店；

超出預期的一次體驗，前台辦理入住詳細介紹酒店設施和周邊景點。早餐現點現做，整體服務周到，並且有免費的shuttle bus去市區

酒店地理位置臨海，適合觀日落。離費拉小鎮的距離不是太遠，酒店有免費接送車，就是班次稍微少了一點，錯過時間，打車太貴（36歐起，哪怕衹有2.6公里，建議租車出行）走路太累（因為上坡走，廢腿）。酒店早餐非常好吃，每一款色香味都俱全，這一點最值得誇讚。

整體不錯，酒店有很好的view，房間看日落絕美。有個不大但恆温的泡池，泡澡看夕陽很舒服。酒店遠離fira鎮，一天有三班免費的班車。附近幾百米有個便利店可以買些啤酒飲料。

房間乾淨整潔並且非常寬敞，門口有個小桌子可以吃東西，整體感覺很舒適，當天12點多到，前台工作人員一直在等我們，很熱情的幫我們辦理了入住並且幫忙搬行李，走的時候是早班機，為我們預訂了實惠的出租車，並準備了早餐，非常感謝

El hotel es PRECIOSO. La habitación en la que estuvimos era muy grande. En el desayuno tienes unas vistas perfectas . Es un hotel con unas de las mejores vistas a la caldera. El atardecer es muy bonito. Y mucha gente se para en el entrada del hotel para hacer fotos con la puerta blanca. Recomendable 200X100.
