Bella Santorini

WOW!! We had the most amazing 2 weeks at Bella Santorini, the staff are so lovely and welcoming, breakfast is always freshly prepared with a really good buffet choice, food is available to order during the day from the bar and is excellent quality. The hotel is so clean and tidy, and impeccably maintained. We loved the pool and met lots of lovely people from all nationalities. The hotel is perfectly situated to be quiet but also a short walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and travelling options. Ive never felt so sad ever to leave a hotel it was the loveliest, warmest family, personal experience, we will return!.

Can’t fault anything staff are amazing make you feel incredibly welcome, very helpful with organising transport, days out, a special shout out to Alex who is the best cocktail maker and chef we loved chilling by the beautiful pool and being treated like kings, the rooms are spacious and clean, location is lovely and quiet and a short walk to the beach and mini market, we wish we had longer thank you to the whole team at Bella Santorini ❤️

This little place grew on us over the course of a week. We had an apartment with balcony overlooking the garden, tucked away from other guests. It was spacious clean and cool yjanks to the AC and the apartment had everything we needed although we did find the wifi signal intermittent however this is a very minor issue overall. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and when we left on Wednesday it was like leaving family with hugs and good wishes. The hotel is ideally placed for the beach with plenty of beachside restaurants and watersports facilities very close by within a 5 or so minute walk. Reasonable size pool and good depth that allowed proper swimming and it was bigger than the pictures on the Web site would suggest. Dining room was well lit and a good selection of foods and juices for breakfast that seem to cater for most people. We would have no hesitation in recommending or staying here again.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels all around the world. For me the customer service is most important to me and what I look for when staying as a guest. I felt the staff was very rude and judgmental from the moment my party arrived. I felt they only cared about the money and tried to take us for every single dollar I had. I went to meet my mother at this hotel for her birthday and the day she checked out she was charged for having a guest even though her room had two extra beds. She was also charged for me having watermelon and melon for breakfast. Even charged for me using a towel that was in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and especially the women at the front desk were miserable people. They don’t care about your stay they care about how much money you will give them. It’s not about the money it’s about to principle.

Had an amazing time on holiday last week! Staying here was wonderful! The friendly and helpful people working here made our trip easier and more enjoyable! They were knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations on places to eat and excursions. The room was clean and inviting, and the pool area was relaxing and beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

We have just returned from a stay at the Bella Santorini. What an absolute gem. In Perivolos, away from the hectic streets of Oia and Thira (which are easily reached) this hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach which has many, many restaurants to choose from. The owner,Lena, (backed up by Denise) is fabulous, very welcoming and very friendly. They always had a smile for everyone and time for a chat. Lena organised our catamaran trip and a road trip around much of Santorini. Some of the places we would never have known to go on our own. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The towels were changed daily and the bed linen every few days. Alex at the bar was on hand to dispense drinks and create cocktails. At breakfast there was plenty of choice for everyone and it set us up for the day. All in all a fabulous stay and wonderful memories from the Bella Santorini.
