Oia Unique Homes by K&K recensioner

This small apartment is enough for one or two persons. Have two beds. The location is near bus station. Convenient to walk everywhere. The room is on the roadside. But it’s quiet in November. The house owner is kind. Allowed early check in. Compare other apartments in Oia. This price is not very expensive.

房子不在懸崖上，較偏僻，聖誕節期間要3000多的價格，問題是房間裏設施太差了，房間、廁所的屋頂都有發黴，除了圖4廚房能看到一點海景，三個房間都是沒有景的。遇上雨季，外面一下雨，水就往廚房裡麪灌，洗手間裏的地上一直有一灘水不知道從哪裡來。Oia冬天假期很多店都不開，連吃早餐都沒什麼選擇。Fira小鎮比Oia不管景色、生活機能、衞生環境都好太多了，真實感受，不推薦住這裏。

屋內有泡泡池，非常舒適，透過窗户就可以看到懸崖峭壁上的風景，非常適合家庭活動和出遊，這裏的景色比伊亞小鎮更佳，而且周圍有亞洲餐廳，物美價廉

最寄りのバス停から離れているので荷物が多い人は大変ですが、ロケーションは最高です。ベットルームは3つありひとり旅だと持て余します。バスタブがあれば直良し。

地點在oia最中心的地點，遊客必經之路，看晚霞有自己的小露台。一整套房子有廚房有一個衞生間。就是晚上外面的陽台門衹要風大就會吹來，敲打得我膽戰心驚。床太軟枕頭無力，不太舒服。海邊潮濕窗和椅都生銹了。

套房是文字遊戲。就是一個蝸居，沒有單獨的淋浴，很小的房間

位置很好，離OIA主街 ,只需步行1-2分鐘。 別墅裝飾得很漂亮。 個人非常友好和樂於助人。 我肯定會推薦。

The room with the best location but the most amazing view, right next to the main pedestrian Main Street but unrivalled views over to Fira and the whole caldera of Santorini. Great communication almost to the minute led us to a the best surprise for a room. The views blew us away then we were showed our room for one night…big comfy bed, coffee machine, free standing huge bath. Restaurants actually on the doorstep, bakery 2 minutes away.great WiFi too. Any regrets yes… wish I’d stayed longer If I was picky the amazing outdoor seating area maybe could have been cleaned and maybe more cushions but all in all it was the room we didn’t want to leave..

If you are visiting Santorini you need to stay in Oia Unique Homes by K&K! The view from the balcony is better than the pictures you see in Santorini, big, spacious room with comfortable bed, even the view from the toilet is to die for! Konstantinos was a great host and he gave some excellent recommendations, so trust him! The best part of this stay, was the price too, I was a bit hesitant because the price was below average, but thank God I booked it! Great value! We will be visiting Santorini and staying here again! Thank you :)

The only nice things in this place is the view and the location. Otherwise everything is to expensive. You pay a huge price and you don't even have a bottle of water, neither coffee for the morning, not water for the shower. Basically you have nothing. Only the view, which is amazing, but you can find it in many place in the Cyclades and no need to spend so much money for that in Oia. In the place, you have no recommendation. When you arrive there are no instruction for nice restaurants or even places where to have a coffee or breakfast in the morning. They don't even give you an internet password. We receive it only the day after when we complained about it. Well I will not recommend this place, because you don't get anything for what you pay.

Parfait. Très jolie chambre, bien équipée avec un jacuzzi interieur. La vue de la terrasse est juste magique et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait (en plein centre d'Oia) Merci à Konstantinos pour sa disponibilité et à Marcos pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Je recommande.

Soggiornato nella Aram Suite, con vista strepitosa sulla Caldera. Comunicazione ottima con Konstantinos che è una persona molto affidabile e gentile. In pochi secondi si è nella via più bella di Oia, vicino si trovano il Mini Market, ristoranti ottimi e pasticcerie che fanno fare una fantastica colazione con vista. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante, servizi igienici ottimi. Molto consigliato!
