Unfriendly receptionists, limited choices on breakfast. toilet flush had issues. I visited some other rooms as options, rooms were small, some had toilet and shower in the middle of the room. The bed was facing the toilet. Noise of music every evening from an empty bar.

Spotless, fabulous friendly attentive staff. Made to feel so welcome. Delicious breakfast. Gluton free diet not a problem. Lovely suite just a few steps from the pool with sun loungers readily available. Beautiful spa. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Ideal for a quiet restful break. Staff were wonderful with nothing too much trouble. Cannot fault anything, although perhaps the toaster could be replaced!!! Ideal spot for the beach, restaurants tours and visits to Fira. All so easy. Throughly recommend

Great location, near the airport, 2 minute walk to beach, bars and restaurants. The planes pass overhead but it isn't busy or really loud, rooms are soundproofed, this didn't bother us at all. Lovely set up around the pools at the hotel, friendly vibe. Good breakfast, lovely staff. Excellent housekeeping, easy parking opposite the hotel. Would recommend and stay here again. Fabulous spot to explore the island from.

Well being a small island with so many naturally stunning views this is a great place to base your stay it’s 10 minutes from the airport and 70meters from the beach shops and restaurants The restaurants cater for all tastes and are generally good although Santorini is generally expensive look around I found some great Greek takeaways selling traditional food at a fraction of the cost also local bakeries are a super option for the odd cake or two 😀 Reading reviews about 5 6 or 7 star hotels this is a small island everything is imported and at times runs out it’s not Vegas or Benidorm it’s a lovely island with possibly the best photographic places on the planet it’s hot hilly and over populated with tourists so bare that in mind once you realise this you will understand the surroundings and appreciate them for what they are amazing Santorini is not about prawns and champagne it’s about natural beauty so shorts and t-shirt is best suited I think!,,,, While there we found an awesome tour operator KAMARI TOURS located in Kamari village they sorted out all my excursions The best being the romantic boat ride 65€ from hotel per person 3 to 4 hr boat trip food provided served by crew meat fish potatoes and a bit of salad and bread toured 5 little islands and parked up to see the sunset awesome!!!!!the drive to port is not for the faint hearted but. Do it bar on board but hotel prices Anyway the hotel le mar Could not fault it generally few adjustments would be ideal mostly people’s perception and thoughts for other customers like sunbed saving and people thinking they owned the sunbeds out side there ground floor flats but I think this is a Thing and we see this on every holiday being English we queue and wait and be decent and generally more respectful than most nations Not many sunbeds At times mostly none Due to lack of space The staff I see also get a negative review from some I think they do a great job it is what it is. A Greek island you want vegas go to vegas It’s hot it imports most things to eat drink and accommodate and this hotel is great for providing this Staff I could not fault while this is a multiple hospitality hotel and many languages are spoken by customers and holiday makers the staff are pretty much on the ball Lila and Anastasia (receptionist I dealt with ) although there was another lady who was equally as good but I forget her name )☺️ they speak great English and helped us out many times on various excursions we were looking to do they also have a great connection with a English guy who knows the island very well and he also helped book a few nights out Never disappointed local knowledge on restaurants is always a plus if you are a visitor One thing I will say is we were bed and breakfast Good selection of food for size of hotel (some moan but don’t some always ) the TOASTER is aweful and let’s the hotel down have to queue for a slice of toast from a machine that does not work CRAZY We h

The staff at this restaurant are superb, from the minute you walk in. The hotel is good with clean rooms with everything you need in them, however the planes are a bit of a distraction. They also only serve wine by the glass which was frustrating as we like to take a bottle to our room

We have just come back from a last minute break at this hotel and we didn’t want to come home! The staff were welcoming on arrival and we were offered a glass of fizz. We stayed for 5 nights and cannot fault the place. It’s spotless, great staff, nice breakfast, fantastic location and less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. We will definitely return.
