Very nice room with amazing view and sunset. The private pool om the balcony was extremely nice. Breakfast and service was perfect. Friendly and welcoming staff!! The area around is perfect for hiking to Oia and Thira. Vigliomero also has great restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel

It was our third time visiting the Gold Suites and each time gets better. The views are absolutely spectacular! The food at the resort is delicious. The customer service is impeccable. The service staff caters to your every need. They care about you and want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. They also organized excursions for us. One excursion was to Kamari Beach. In particular Apostolis from the staff went over and above to accommodate us. We saw him every day as he was involved in multiple levels of service. He truly made us feel special. We did NOT want to leave the resort! The pool area is very relaxing, and our room was amazing. We adore the Gold Suites and everyone who works there!!

The view is the best view for sunsets in Santorini. The food is phenomenal and the staff are the kindest and super informative on providing recommendations on things to do and places to visit. The hotel has its own restaurant where the food, drinks and view is phenomenal. I will be coming back to this hotel again!

Our stay was wonderful! We liked the location because it is not very crowded In Imerovigli compared to Fira and Oia. Nice and quiet. We had the suite by the pool and it was like the pool was our own! Rarely saw other guests. Harris was great at the front desk arranging our spa day and transportation various places on the island. He also arranged for us to use the beach at a sister hotel on Kamari Beach. All staff was very nice and the breakfasts were amazing every morning. Lots of options and lots of food.

This was our second visit to Santorini but our first visit to this hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious as was the balcony with room for a small pool, sun beds and table and chairs to eat breakfast in the morning. The view is definitely the best part of course. The breakfasts were great and I had no issue with the half hour timeslot as we're on holiday so what's the rush! Also fine with choosing what we wanted the day before as they need to know in advance as it's delivered direct to your room every morning. The staff were very pleasant and cleaning and fresh towels etc was offered every day as well as the usual room servicing. Minor issues would that on arrival we were offered welcome drinks and a bottle of wine which were never delivered. I chased this up and a bottle of wine was delivered quickly. I assume it just got overlooked. Secondly, the door to the bathroom stuck on the floor as you opened it. A bit annoying really and it would be easily remedied. I am puzzled that one reviewer said there were no shops or restaurants near by. This is a lovely quiet place compared to Fira but there are several nice restaurants a five minutes' walk or less away and a small supermarket and pharmacy. As this is on the coastal path to Fira or Oia there are many restaurants on a 10-20 minute walk along here too. This is not a hotel for anyone with mobility issues - it's built into the cliff and can't be. This is very much part of its charm.

We can’t rave enough about our stay! The accommodation's and hospitality and service are top-notch. Dinner at Aruma, the hotel restaurant, is a dining experience that should definitely be considered - delicious food, plated beautifully, with stunning scenery and breathtaking views! Together with the warmth and attentive care of the staff (Harris, Maria, Apostale, and the rest of the team), Gold Suites were an integral part of the unforgettable memories we take home with us from Santorini!
