Good service, good location and nice view!

location一流，房間也夠大，配的浴室用品是walton brown正好是我喜歡的。 從酒店徒步imerovigli非常便利。旁邊走幾步就是購物市場有各種餐廳。 夕陽一流在陽台上就可以看。清晨日出時隔壁教堂的鐘聲伴着天空漸漸明亮，太陽的升起是絕妙的感受。

A truly amazing hotel and destination. Quiet, relaxing, leave your cares behind, then this is the place for you. The most warm and welcoming Nancy and Chrysoulis made our stay absolutely wonderful. Will certainly visit again, cannot recommend it enough!

Recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel and absolutely loved it! We were the first guests of the season and made to feel very special because of this. The location is fantastic : on the cliff and facing the sea with stunning sunset views, and steps away from the center of Thira with restaurants and stores very easily accessible. Despite this proximity, the hotel is still quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is small- only 8 rooms and you feel the benefit of this from the moment you arrive. The service is personalized and attentive, and the staff embody the hotel's warmth and charm. From Nancy and Chrisoula at the front desk , to the porter staff carrying our luggage to the room and Cafe staff who brought breakfast to our room daily- eveyone was friendly, attentive and gracious. Full of helpful tips about the island and it's neighbour's. The room itself was stunning- understated and elegant, thoughtfully designed and modern but retaining the charm of being in Santorini. If you're looking for a boutique hotel experience, you won't go wrong staying here. Our stay was flawless. I can't wait to return! Thank you for a magical stay

I can't recommend Enigma Suites highly enough. It was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had anywhere. Each room has a private balcony where a delicious cooked to order breakfast is served on a white tablecloth. The view is spectacular, particularly at sunset and at night when the island is lit up. I wanted to make sure we were at the hotel each evening to sit and enjoy the view. On our departure day, we had a 7AM flight so we missed the breakfast experience - if possible don't book an early flight or you will miss out on one of the best parts of Enigma. The rooms were beautiful and unique - effectively carved into the mountain side. The staff was lovely and helped us with directions, airport transportation, taxis and restaurant suggestions.

A superb 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Service was outstanding with a real ‘family’ vibe to it. Room provided for some of the best views in Fira all from the comfort of your own balcony. Nespresso machine, daily replaced mineral water, iron, bluetooth speaker and toiletries were all included which made our stay that bit more comfortable. Breakfast is served to your room each day with a simple order form to he completed and dropped and reception the prior day. Our only very slight gripe was that the breakfast wasn’t piping hot when it arrived (mainly due to this way of providing the breakfast service) and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great - but really these are small points which didn’t spoil or impact the score given.
