Nice hotel with good view and location. Service was very good. But the jacuzzi in my room did not work, the hotel could not do any help about it.

Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

基於當地條件，酒店已經算不錯了。步行到Fira 鎮中心10多分鐘，附近的景點也方便。吃飯有多家餐廳選擇，老闆包的早餐如圖所示。房間正對火山島，老闆娘非常熱情，因為汽車不能直接進入酒店門前，電話聯繫離開派人搬行李，我們早上六點鐘的航班，她也安排人幫忙聯繫司機搬行李、送機場。

酒店位置很好，正對着火山，離小鎮中心不遠。教堂就在附近，經常能聽到教堂悠揚的鐘聲。房間不算小，設施完備。早餐是訂好時間送到房間陽台上的，精緻而豐富。可惜我們入住時前台沒人，電話叫了一會才來人。不過我們去的時候正值淡季，整個島上處於半休眠狀態，遊人稀少，可以諒解。我們離店那天很早就要去機場，店家還專門給我們送了打包早餐，很體貼。

淡季的原因很多民宿酒店都沒開，但既然開了能預訂就應該做好準備吧？我們提前一天預訂的，下午2點左右到酒店，工人在我們入住後還在清理泳池。 房間一進來噴的特別香，香得頭暈目眩，開了陽台門好多了。 晚上睡覺有點冷，還有有個毯子，空調是自動的是26℃，但是！！！這個外機就在外面就像摩託車在開過去，嗡嗡嗡的睡得不好。 可能是淡季，我們叫車都是30歐。 1星給服務前台和拎行李的（我給了小費的），1星給風景景色，確實優美，費拉小鎮離商業街近，位置好。 19年來聖島住得偏一點的地方像城堡一樣至少聽不到空調聲音。

房間乾淨漂亮，開窗就是大海，早餐是送到房間裏吃的相當豐盛，spa冬天來有點不夠熱，陽台舒適，看着海，日出日落不用去外面看位置到市中心景點都很方便，停車需要走5分鐘，這裏都這樣Google map會帶你到一個路的盡頭需要走下去2分鐘

設施：每個房間門口都有私人泳池。雖然不是我想的私人陽台加泳池，但也不錯，房間裏各種一次性用品都很齊全，也有燒水壺，在希臘這些東西齊全實屬不易。由於我預訂房間時僅剩一間最便宜的房間，所以位置在兩個房間的夾角，不如旁邊幾間好，但不妨礙走出去幾步看美景。 衞生：房間很乾凈，泳池也很乾凈。 環境：懸崖邊的酒店，景色很美，下公交需要走路穿過大路小路大概15分鐘，的士可以到酒店後門那條小路，走進去衹需要2分鐘。 服務：前台和侍者很熱情，雖然我們的英語不好，衹能靠翻譯器來交流，但我們説第二天早上8:30要坐飛機離開，需要的士，前台立馬預訂了第二天早上6:45的的士，並且給我們安排侍者幫我們把行李提出去，服務很周到，還因為我們錯過當天的早餐，給我們送了些飛機餐。我們出去玩完回來需要喝水，跟前台説過後立馬送了兩瓶水到房間，就是額外的水需要花費錢，並且我們有一瓶水沒用上不讓退回有些遺憾

非常不錯，特別好。陽台有浴缸，每天都會有人幫着清理，而且在陽台就能看見最美日落。位置也很好，距離鎮中心也很近。服務也不錯。早餐都是room service.也挺好吃的。超級推薦，下次再來還住這😊
