HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts SANYA YALONG BAY RESORT

The best location in yalong bay at sanya. The atmosphere is just a holiday you are exp3cted and more. And the most important is Tia the service manager, she just helped in any issue we had, any requests was just fulfilled immediately. The hotel is specious, the breakfast is amazing and the stuff are just polite and helpful, and the pool just WOW, directly to the beach and with beautiful sunset.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, hotel made a huge effort to make kids feel special. kids size bath robes, toiletries, slippers, room keys etc. There were activities for kids throughout the day, my 9 year old had such a great time at the hotel we decided to skip some of the scenic points we had planned originally.

The hotel was new and clean and our room was very spacious which we enjoyed very much. The breakfast could have more variety but overall I enjoyed the Chinese food. The service was great, I was added on WeChat by Abby and she answered all my questions and helped me with everything, it was great and I was very satisfied with my stay.

We’ve stayed at the Hualuxe Hotel for the fourth time — the first time was in September 2024, then in April and August 2025, and now in August 2026. This is our son’s favourite hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a huge round bathtub on the balcony. The hotel is clean. It’s nice to sit in the lobby and watch the goldfish. The most important thing about this hotel is the people. There are employees who have been working here since the opening, and it’s always a pleasure to see that they take the time to get to know us and strive to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Rosie - she is a very attentive and lovely; she wrote to us every day on WeChat, asking how we were doing, and responded very quickly to all our requests. Rosie personally greeted and saw us off, and we felt like important guests — it was very nice to receive such a high level of service. We were surrounded by care from her. We had dinners included, and they were still excellent — the lamb rack was delicious, and there was plenty of seafood. I’d like to thank the staff at the restaurant — Tom, Gordon, and Raman. They were very friendly and attentive. As soon as my son came in, they immediately brought him apple juice, which he loves. We’ll definitely be back.

This was our second stay at this resort, and once again we had a great experience. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Vika for her outstanding care and support throughout our stay. She was always kind, responsive, and helped us with every request. Our daughter celebrated her birthday during the vacation, and the hotel made it truly memorable with a birthday cake, candles, beautiful towel decorations with rose petals in the room, and lovely gifts at check-out. These thoughtful details meant a lot to our family. The only suggestion for improvement concerns the shared facilities with the neighboring Holiday Inn. As the number of guests has increased significantly, the swimming pools and beach can become very crowded, with many sunbeds occupied. It would be great if the hotel could reserve a larger number of sunbeds and pool areas for HUALUXE guests to better reflect the premium experience of the resort. We also experienced a typhoon during our stay, so the beach and pools were closed for safety reasons. Naturally, many guests gathered in the lobby bar, which became quite crowded. Perhaps the hotel could consider adding more indoor activities or entertainment for families during bad weather. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to return again.

We had really great at resort, the hotel is clean, beautiful, there are a lot of activities with children. The beach is near to hotel, breakfast was nice, has a lot of choices. The hotel service, especially Abby was super friendly and helpful, she made our stay very comfortable and responded to all requests very quickly. Thank you Abby.

We had a wonderful stay and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our butler, Vika, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and consistently provided service that exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. We would also like to thank Jesse, who was always ready to assist with our luggage, packages, and car bookings. His efficiency and willingness to help made everything so much more convenient for us. Another special mention goes to Tom from the restaurant. He was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service during our meals, making every dining experience enjoyable. The entire team made us feel welcomed and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for such an exceptional stay!

Favourite hotel in Hainan! Amazing service provided by housekeeper Abby 小满 and every service staff is always smiling and happy to serve. The beach is right infront of the hotel, short walk. Swimming pool is also nice. They provided pickup from my location to hotel with a very nice car and made me and my partner’s trip a really enjoyable one. WOULD COME BACK!!
