Guoshang Twilight Resort Hotel (Sanya Phoenix Airport)

Here is my review Service : aka the airport driver . Prior to arriving in Sanya I called to let them know about my arrival (1am). We needed up arriving at 12:30 and I immediately texted the hotel to inform them that I had arrived and should let the driver head out . The driver called and informed me it would take 15minutes which was totally fine considering we had to pick our luggage However 15 minutes turned to 30min to 40mins Go to 2nd floor ,I’m coming soon FYI this is now 1:45am after a 2hr 50min flight We had to order a taxi which was hell and ended up checking in at 2:30am The key reason we booked this hotel was for airport pick up and drop off service and a lot of prior communication was made. Anyway maybe next time they’ll improve Overall hotel service is good, breakfast depends on what you call breakfast just so so Be wary of the flying if you are a light sleeper, the planes are mad close. Aside from that just because of the driver 3/5

別人體驗如何不清楚，我個人而言是很滿意，第一次來三亞這個城市體驗好感都來自這個酒店，有一種歸屬感，雖説和度假時酒店不好做比較，但是不論衞生，環境，服務方面都很贊，早餐小麪很好吃很合我胃口平時不愛吃麪食的都吃過了，早上多數沒有胃口在這裏吃早餐卻能吃蠻多，小哥的服務很熱情人很好，這個城市是唯一去遊玩過還想下次再來的地方必選你家，酒店有電瓶車租出行非常方便，連手機支架都配備好貼心，下次還會再來你店希望一如既往保持，給你們大讚

酒店非常滿意，前台小哥服務熱情，衞生乾淨，還幫我升級了房型，有恆温泳池，有早餐，還有免費的接送機服務，距離海邊和椰夢長廊步行10來分鐘，距離各景區也都不遠，很滿意的一次入住體驗，還會再來的。
