Laika Meisu Homestay Hotel (Sanya Haitang Bay Poly International Expo Center)

I was really excited to stay here as we booked it especially for my birthday. The plan was to book one night first and then extend if we liked it—thankfully we only booked the one night. The issues started even before check-in. The hotel staff had asked me the day before what time I’d arrive, and I told them between 12:30–13:30 (check-in was at 14:00). They agreed it was fine. We arrived early at 11:40, and I politely asked if it was possible to check in early, but was told no since the room wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood. We came back around 13:30 to wait in the lobby. At 14:00, instead of checking us in, they informed us that the water supply would be cut off that night until 9am the next morning. They kept insisting we switch to a different room without water issues, but we specifically booked a villa for the private pool, so we declined. Even then, our room wasn’t ready—we only checked in around 14:30–14:40. The villa we got looked nothing like the photos. It seemed like they were trying to give us an “upgrade” since it had more rooms, a pool table, and a mahjong table, but it didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. The furniture was old and damaged, the villa wasn’t very clean, and the private pool was only knee-deep—more like a kids’ splash pool, which should be clearly stated in their description. That said, we still tried to make the most of it and spent the day relaxing in the pool, which was at least clean and warm. The next day was where things got even worse. My booking clearly showed check-out at 14:00, but at 12:00 the villa staff messaged me saying check-out was at 12:00. I sent them a screenshot and they replied “okay.” Then at 13:00 they messaged me again asking me to leave earlier since new guests would arrive at 14:30. By 13:30 they told me the guests had already arrived and I should go find another room to wait in until check-out! To make matters worse, while we were still in the pool, cleaning and maintenance staff walked straight into the villa and began working—even though we hadn’t checked out yet and had proof of the 14:00 time. To “compensate,” they offered a 60 RMB discount but only if I canceled my order on the app, which would’ve prevented me from leaving a review. Completely unprofessional. This was honestly the most disappointing and unprofessional stay I’ve ever had. I will definitely not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿分！從下單後就收到酒店的温馨提醒，告知交通路線和周邊美食，細節感拉滿。到店辦理入住時，前台工作人員效率很高，態度也特別親切，還主動升級了房型，房間比圖片裏更寬敞明亮。 房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就像陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮；衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱用品都是品牌貨，用着放心。最驚喜的是窗外視野，能看到街景卻不吵鬧，早上伴着輕微的晨光醒來，心情特別好。 酒店位置也超方便，周邊超市、餐廳一應俱全。還有泳池可以玩水拍照。全程體驗下來既貼心又省心，下次來這還選這家！

服務挺周到的，提前就打電話加了微信發送了位置，管家在樓下接了送上樓，房間很乾凈，遇到問題處理也很及時，房間很寬敞，適合家庭出行，非常好，這個價位住到這樣的民宿可以説是物超所值
