Sanya Haitang Bay Mullinershelley Villa recensioner

Everything was awful. Only the outside view is kinda nice but everything inside was not clean. Not a single thing is clean in this hotel. Everything inside this hotel was broken, old, dirty, and stinky. Will never recommend bevause our door lock was not working properly

The villa space is generally clean , the only part that isn’t really clean is the pool. The pool was abit grimey . There are a lot of amenities , washing machine, stove top, fridge , hair dryer . There’s also a water heater but unfortunately it takes about 40 minutes for there to be hot water so you would have to plan ahead of when you want to shower . It is near CDF about a 15 minute drive . It is however far away from everything else such as the more popular beaches and tourist places . It will take at least 40 minutes to an hour car drive to go over to those places . There’s a lot of mosquitos so turn on the mosquito plugs they provide and I advice putting on mosquito repellent .

I have stayed at this villa resort a few times without trouble, this time our villa was in a different phase. The cleanliness was fine inside, however the outside area wasn’t great, the pool was dirty with dead insects, leaves and other bits floating in it. We mentioned this to the management and they only replied after an hour, by which time we had cleaned it ourselves. The pool has a net over the top which hung so low I had to bend under it to enter the pool. The inside was fine, everything that was advertised. There was no ashtray either. The villa needs maintenance as signs of wear and tear are showing. The outside area looks like no one has tidied it for a long time. The staff at the main entrance were great, but the staff at the entrance to our phase were not interested in being helpful. The washing machine is outside and leaves had also fallen inside it. The villa is for 4 people but there were only 3 sets of chopsticks and 1 bowl. After raining at night, we found a puddle had come inside from the locked front door and also a dirty water puddle appeared through cracks in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms. There were suspicious towels placed to sit on all of the chairs and sofa in the living room, we don’t understand why (see photos)! I will look for another place to stay next time.

What an amazing place! The villa was excellent, private and has everything you need. The customer service was incredible! They took great care of us at all times, so friendly! Highly recommended, thank you for a great stay.

I booked a double room for friends of mine when we visited Haitang bay. The stay was great. Very neat and spacious.

Terrible experience. A lot of lightings not working. The worse was we woke up to realised that there is totally no water supply at all😨.Although the counter lady send you a big gallon of water, it’s still very inconvenient for us. She is very helpful and apologetic but it’s very frustrating in our situation. Very very disappointed.

Very good place I recommend it

it's well located near houhai and Atlantis, and the villas are spacious. But it needs urgent redecorating, it's falling apart.

Value for money with good location, good customer service and following up. Just some part of the room is a bit worn off but overall is accpetable.

设施: fully furnished 卫生：Nice 环境：great 服务：Good It’s located in a convenient area. 5mins walk to shops and public transportation station and 5 mins driving to town food street. Lots of tropical plants nearby, feeling like living in tranquility gardens. Good place for people who love to live in an environmental friendly place.

Very good application, very easy

Great villa environment. Not very close to Yalong bay where most of the actions take place, but close to Atlantis.

This Villa located in Haitang bay, pretty far away from everything. But it’s not that far away Atlantis water park and CDF mall
