We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a "mainly-resort-type" of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.

It's a comfortable place with daily cleaning, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. However, travelers will always spend an hour in a taxi to get to their sights.

I couldn't express how impressed we were with this hotel. Never have we ever felt so valued, taken care for, and welcomed by the staff in general and the manager Susie Tang in particular! She made our short stay here a highlight of the Sanya vacation. The room was absolutely beautiful, with an awesome sea and pool view. It even had the bath on the balcony, which was perfect for the pictures! We could tell how the working environment here was not harsh nor toxic: all the staff was calm, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, from front desk and concierges to cooks to servers and cleaners. The hotel is new, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and all of the amenities work really well. The location is great as well, right by the sea with the clean white sand. The beach was not crowded, and is located within 8 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Try the seafood buffet they do for dinner, it is really worth the price! There is a small mall downstairs with tons of shops and restaurants and even a cinema, so you won't have to walk too far to find something to do. Thanks Wyndham ❤️

I stayed in 3 hotels during my 14-night stay in Hainan. This was the best hotel. 1. The kids' pool, playground, and kids' club were all nearby. (Thank you to the kids' club staff, Xai Lin, who was really nice to our kids and always helped..and our kids said thank you 😊😊) also they have kid's activities it was really interesting 😊😊 2. All the staff were really friendly, the receptionist was really kind and gave us a lot of advice.. the receptionist checked us in quickly and advised my husband and kids to go to their rooms first and rest..this was a big help for those who were tired. 3. The breakfast had a really wide selection...it was great to have a separate kids' section..*They put the food on a toy truck 🤩🤩* it was really fun for the kids.. 4. It's close to the beach.

its really bice hotel for family

Hotel is clean, service is good. Specially Daniel Wu was so helpful. But breakfast choices are very few.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, room is well maintained and clean.

Really good service, free teddy bears for kids. Alex, our butler makes things smooth and delighted us with surprises. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, so if you plan to go there, have a nice stay!

This is my 4th stay in few months. I was very well taken care of, especially from Stephanie that made sure that my stay was perfect and that I had everything that I needed. Look forward to visit again. Recommend 100% 😊

I had a perfect stay at this amazing 5-star hotel in Sanya! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options, including delicious pancakes, crispy bacon, fresh pastries, and much more. In the evening, the poolside restaurant’s dinner buffet was equally impressive, with an extensive selection of meats, seafood, and fresh fish – truly a feast! The pool is huge and stays open until 10:30 PM, which is fantastic for a late-night swim. Another highlight was the gym – spacious, well-equipped, and available 24/7, perfect for those who love to stay active. One of the most special moments of my stay was celebrating my birthday here. I requested a high-floor room, and not only did they accommodate my request, but they also surprised me with a birthday cake! Such a thoughtful gesture that made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and exceptional stay in Sanya.

Amazing hotel with great service! Good location, close to the beach. Good for families with kids. Very comfortable bed and huge balcony. I got late checkout and my room was upgraded for free. Nice experience 👍
