The front of house staff are welcoming. A lady by the name of Snow shared her details so she would be easy to reach. The hotel caters well to families.

I had a wonderful time here. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My room was upgraded on arrival without any hassles. They spoke to me in English most of the time. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and relax. Beautiful spaces, pools and restaurants. Great access to the beach 🏖️ and lots of fun activities for children. Perfect for a solo, friends and family trip. It’s very far from the city, so if you’re looking to relax, this is the place for you.

We had an amazing stay at Renaissance. At first we were a bit skeptical when we reached the hotel. But we were upgraded to a better room thanks to Ms. Area Wang, she was a friendly face and greeted us with amazing hospitality. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but luckily our room was spacious with a dedicated walk-in closet and an amazing view from the top floor.

The rooms in Renaissance Hotel are very large and clean, the hotel facilities are complete and the service is good, the housekeeper Marcia upgraded us to a sea view room, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop, it is very convenient, the hotel is equipped with four restaurants taste very good, the cost is also very high, the buffet breakfast taste is very good, there are many pools in the hotel, they are very clean, the hotel also has a private beach, the waves are not very big，you can go to the sea, the hotel is very new, very clean.

Nice hotel with all amenities. The only downside is the location, far from Sanya but there is Atlantis and cdf Duty free nearby

This hotel is in need of an upgrade. Rooms need a refurbishment, room service needs to include more payment options and a bigger selection to order from. The Spa facility is still not in operation since 2021. The positives, the pools are a wonderful sanctuary and most of the service staff are helpful and professional.

We have been staying in this hotel for 3 days. Yes, as many say, the hotel is a bit old, and we had to ask for room change because the one we got was smelly. but the service level is high. The staff is always prompt, at any time of the day, and night, to help you. Their all day dining is good. The swimming pools are huge and clean. Thanks to Snow and Anson for the overall service and to Dayana at the restaurant, priceless attitude.

Very nice hotel, a lot of pools, nice sandy beach! The only problem is that the beach is not equipped for swimming... Special thanks to english-speaking lady with beautiful name Snow from reception for her help. Highly recommend this hotel for few nights stay!

The hotel is ok just needs more attention to the details , breakfast is ok but needs some improvement especially the western side swimming pool is big and when it comes to hygiene there is nothing much to do especially with the trees around , the inconvenience is that swimming is not allowed in that side which is not the hotel problem , but should be considered before booking as it’s an important thing to do if you are in a beach side hotel .

Price-quality ratio. large area, clean. The rooms require updating the furniture. Breakfast is good, wide choice.
