Hotel pool is amazing. The food babrbecue is the best. Front desk lobby staff is very helpful thanks to Cindy for making my trip amazing

Room is huge, and the view is beautiful. Kalvain gave us exceptional service. Breakfast is ok. 😄

The front of house staff are welcoming. A lady by the name of Snow shared her details so she would be easy to reach. The hotel caters well to families.

I had a wonderful time here. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My room was upgraded on arrival without any hassles. They spoke to me in English most of the time. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and relax. Beautiful spaces, pools and restaurants. Great access to the beach 🏖️ and lots of fun activities for children. Perfect for a solo, friends and family trip. It’s very far from the city, so if you’re looking to relax, this is the place for you.

It was our honeymoon and we chose this hotel because of its wonderful sandy beach and lots of amenities that were listed when we were booking the hotel. The hotel is big and pretty clean, the staff doesn't speak English but they use the translator to understand one's needs and do their best to help out. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that some amenities were not available (like never even existed) but still were mentioned. Also, we didn't like the hotel restaurant, it's on the first floor, looks fancy, pretty expensive but food quality and the taste are not the best. We had upset stomachs the next day after visiting the restaurant. As for the hotel Breakfast, it was nice. the beach was clean, so is the swimming pool. Rooms are big and the staff keep them clean.

We stayed at the Renaissance on the 14th of August for my wife’s birthday and had a great time. Snow at the front desk was very helpful. She organized for the restaurant to make my wife a birthday cake, as well as provide free breakfast. I highly recommend them.

Everything was top-notch: delicious food, a beautiful pool, and incredibly attentive staff. A huge shoutout to Gary who went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, anticipating every need. He even provided fantastic recommendations for authentic local street food and seafood restaurants outside the hotel, which led to some of our best meals! He truly made our holiday exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel and ask for Gary!

We had an amazing stay at Renaissance. At first we were a bit skeptical when we reached the hotel. But we were upgraded to a better room thanks to Ms. Area Wang, she was a friendly face and greeted us with amazing hospitality. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but luckily our room was spacious with a dedicated walk-in closet and an amazing view from the top floor.

The rooms in Renaissance Hotel are very large and clean, the hotel facilities are complete and the service is good, the housekeeper Marcia upgraded us to a sea view room, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop, it is very convenient, the hotel is equipped with four restaurants taste very good, the cost is also very high, the buffet breakfast taste is very good, there are many pools in the hotel, they are very clean, the hotel also has a private beach, the waves are not very big，you can go to the sea, the hotel is very new, very clean.

Nice hotel with all amenities. The only downside is the location, far from Sanya but there is Atlantis and cdf Duty free nearby

Many of the facilities are run down or closed. Gym ac not working, 29degrees inside. Hotel offered a partial refund, hence the high score. Wouldn't recommend/go back.
