Faciliteter: mycket gamla och ofullständiga, den så kallade poolen med konstant temperatur har inte alls konstant temperatur, vilket gör att barnen får feber den natten efter att ha lekt i vattnet, vissa barnparker tar ut avgifter, och barn får inte leka ensamma och måste åtföljas av vuxna, annars debiteras de! ! ! Buffén är inte billig och det finns för få rätter. Servicen är långsam och dålig. Jag var tvungen att åka tre gånger för att få det jag beställt! Det finns ingen plats för barn att leka! Hygien: Det behöver knappast sägas att hygienförhållandena är mycket dåliga. Det finns fläckar på badhanddukarna som inte har tvättats rena, och det finns flugor i restaurangen! Miljö: Miljön är inte heller bra. Det så kallade rummet med havsutsikt har bara lite havsutsikt, och det finns inget att göra på stranden! Service: Det är självklart att det inte finns någon som tar hand om dig eller tar emot dig, och ingen som hjälper dig med ditt bagage när du åker. Du måste själv knuffa vagnen och lägga ditt bagage på bilen. Det finns ingen service alls. Servicen i bufférestaurangen är också dålig. Även när ett barn hade feber och bad om en termometer, gav de den inte till det. De gav den bara till honom efter att han tvingat mig! ! ! Generellt sett, till skillnad från andra hotell som har butlers, lägger butlern här bara till dig på WeChat den andra dagen efter incheckning. Jag upplevde ingen service från början till slut. Jag ville avboka rummet och byta hotell nästa dag. Jag ångrade att jag kontaktade och bokade i två dagar. Så fort jag bytte hotell på tredje dagen var saker och ting omedelbart annorlunda! ! ! Lek med simringar: Det finns inget sätt att leka med vatten! ! !

Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Hotel har förstört skönheten i mitt hjärta. Jag har varit ett fan av Hilton Hotels i 15 år. Oavsett kostnad, prestanda eller komfort, är den mycket bra. Men den här gången kommer jag inte att välja Hilton Hotels igen. Det finns insekter, vattenläckage, inga rakhyvlar och dålig attityd på hotellet. Det gör verkligen ont i hjärtat. Jag har varit ett fan i 15 år. Hilton Yalong Bay, ni har sårat en arbetarklassperson som sparade pengar till en semester och stannade här för att koppla av. Yalong Bay Hilton, jag kommer inte tillbaka förrän nästa renovering. Adjö, det förstörde den vackra utsikten över Yalong Bay Hilton i hjärtat av en arbetarklassmänniska.

I stayed at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa, expecting a high-quality experience from such a well-known brand, but overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The resort is massive, and with so many guests staying at once, it often feels crowded—especially in common areas like the lobby and pool. The service was average at best, lacking the warmth and attentiveness you’d expect from a five-star resort. Another downside is that the hotel feels a little outdated, and while the rooms are spacious, they don’t quite have that modern, luxurious feel. The location is also inconvenient—there are no food stalls or shopping areas nearby, so unless you’re planning to dine in the hotel’s restaurants, you’re left with limited options. Overall, while the Hilton name brings certain expectations, this stay didn’t quite live up to them.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hilton Yalong Bay. It’s a kids friendly resort so they have various activities planned for each day of the week for kids. My 4 year old son really enjoyed the stay here and since we left has been asking when will we return to Hilton. Special thanks to Roy Chen who speaks fluent English and added us on WeChat on the first day. Roy helped to customize the food through the Chef as we wanted to eat only vegetarian. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Highs: 1. The deluxe ocean view Suite was very spacious with two balconies, 3 wash basins, 2 toilets and a big round bath tub. 2. Have many kids friendly swimming pools with different level of depth. 3. All swimming pools are always manned by lifeguards. Pools are temperature controlled and cleaned regularly. 4. Floating rings can be rented at RMB 30 per hour and water guns can be bought just next to the pools. 5. They have a kids restaurant named the Bucket Kingdom which is heaven for kids to play and eat. Lows 1. Breakfast is more Chinese oriented than we had expected but they have western options which was just enough for us. 2. Some food items in the buffet breakfast had names missing or had only Chinese names written. Since we wanted vegetarian only it was at times challenging to understand the ingredients of the food.

Nice hotel with many swimming pools and near the beach.  Kid Club well equipped with fun activities for children.  Unfortunately only 2 in-house restaurants but there’s plenty restaurants within walking distance offering local cuisine,  seafood and an outdoor food court.

Be sure to insist on the top floor when paying extra for the sea view. Don't expect speed or a cordial staff when checking in. The location and amenities are very good, but certainly not worth the price for more than one night.

Great hotel at Yalong bay with good amenities, good service, good cleaning and good looking, picture worthy swimming pools and environment. Rooms were big with good amount of space. Children enjoyed their time at heated pool and its surrounding white sands. Hotel beach can use more cleaning and can be better. Overall great stay!

The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

once in advance it could be perfect if one don’t book a sea view room and expect to enjoy this view sitting on the balcony 😢pls see the pictures like a tge great wall) The place and facilities are nice, breakfast excellent and the dishes of the chinese restaurant is incredible delicious, 😋the spa massage very professional (buy a coupon is recommend) 🧐the staff mainly does not speaking english a lot of information are in Russian, the complaints are about some strange rules for smoking, some persons it’s permitted others not, to take a glass from restaurant to the lobby is not allowed and so on, okay this is not a big deal but it would be easier to enjoy if the rules are better clear. finally don’t play the pick up a puppet the arms too weak at all to take out a puppet finally not really what we expected from Hilton any way thanks to the staff all from trainee to manager take care for our needs

We had a marvelous time at the family-themed sea room! Every day was wonderful—spotless surroundings, friendly staff, and pristine swimming pools with lifeguards stationed nearby. The beach was just as beautiful. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Our friends even held their wedding here, and it was truly a magical place!

A great hotel with excellent facilities for couples and families. The pool area is beautiful and easy access to the beach. The resort is picturesque with lush greenery, a well equipped gym and spa. The rooms are spacious and the food is very good. The only downside was that poolside ordering of food took a while (45mins for some fries) and some poolside seating doesn’t have QR codes for scanning to order. Would definitely stay again!
