A special thank you to Jelly from the Guest Relation Office, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, fantastic facilities, and delicious dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing the luxury in every detail. The hotel service is first - rate. From the warm reception at the front desk to the attentive bellboys helping with luggage, you will feel the warmth throughout. The waiters in the restaurant will carefully recommend local specialties, catering to different taste preferences. The staff by the pool will promptly hand over towels and drinks, and take the initiative to help find a shaded umbrella spot. The hotel also arranges various activities for families with children. The staff accompany the kids patiently, allowing parents to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Here, you not only enjoy a comfortable stay but also experience high - quality service. This was our third stay at MGM grand sanya, and once again, it did not disappoint. We had a few issues on the first day, but the staff quickly resolved them. A special shout-out to “Jelly”, who went above and beyond, solving every problem we encountered with professionalism and kindness. Her dedication made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The breakfasts were as delicious as ever, and there were plenty of child-friendly activities to keep the kids entertained. The fruit shop on the first floor was another highlight, with its incredibly fresh mangoes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!
