It’s a big complex at the beach 🏖️ during our 4 days stay we never had any issues to get a beach chair the water was clean 🥞 breakfast 🍳 was Western & Chinese style with an kids section for donuts 🍩 nuggets and co Pool 🏊 was little shallow but we guess because of the kids - pool was open till 22 which could give us a lot of time to swim and play around and at some evenings there is a show @ the pool Rooms were fine nice bed 🛌 many pillows and soft blankets The room had some issue with the AC but our Butler fixed it quickly Overall an good stay for a short beach vacation

This Hotel was beautiful! The view was great. Many activities for couples or families and great shows. Our personal assistant was Jelly, and she helped us in every way possible. Ask for Jelly if you can. She helped us with any questions and even gave suggestions for each member of our party. Five stard for Jelly! The beach was clean and beautiful and we loved evenings partying by the pool. The evening buffet by the pool was great, and even included a show with firebreathing! So cool. Next time we will stay here again.

We extremly enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the many pools available. We also liked the evening Dinner and the corresponding shows. Service was very nice!

It wasn't too bad, honestly. The beach was beautiful and clean, which I think is the biggest advantage of this hotel since the swimming pool isn't particularly impressive. However, the breakfast was quite good, offering a great variety of options and flexible timing, with service ending at 11 AM. I would say the hotel is slightly overpriced, but overall, it's decent.

This is a good hotel for many reasons: • Excellent service. They help, tell and ask if everything is ok. As online via WeChat, she gave me a wonderful assistant Jelly, who organized everything! •Clean hotel territory, beach (although it is not private, but they clean there). yà long wan - the best bay for rest and it is worth arranging this hotel if you need: a good breakfast, entertainment for children and a quiet rest, where you do not need to worry about anything, and even if you have to, then everything is resolved very quickly!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing stay at MGM Sanya Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Jelly from the Guest Relation Office, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, fantastic facilities, and delicious dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

The waiters in the restaurant will carefully recommend local specialties, catering to different taste preferences. This is not the first time our family has been to Sanya. However, it was our first time at the MGM Hotel and I will say that the choice of this hotel made us very happy. This hotel is ideal for families with children. Despite the cool weather this hotel has several pools with heated water. The owner of the hotel took care and spent not a little money so that the guests were very comfortable to rest. Huge territory and lots of entertainment for children. Happy children - happy parents.  I would especially like to mention a hotel employee called Tina. From the first minute we were at the hotel she helped, advised and gave the warmest welcome Even late at night our requests she did not leave without attention. She is very hard working and kind person. Thank you Tina so much!!! We wish everyone to visit this hotel and enjoy sunny days in Sanya!!!

This was our third stay at MGM grand sanya, and once again, it did not disappoint. We had a few issues on the first day, but the staff quickly resolved them. A special shout-out to “Jelly”, who went above and beyond, solving every problem we encountered with professionalism and kindness. Her dedication made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The breakfasts were as delicious as ever, and there were plenty of child-friendly activities to keep the kids entertained. The fruit shop on the first floor was another highlight, with its incredibly fresh mangoes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was great , the hotel is big and has all the necessary facilities, the breakfasts were good , the room was also big , so there’s enough space . I like a lot that they share WeChat contact of the hotel stuff with you , so in case if you need anything you can just text and manager will reply and arrange everything for you . I didn’t find the iron so I texted Elina and in 10 minutes the iron was delivered to my room . She was in touch with me all the time , that was really nice

Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Couldn't find my reservation to make it up to me - upgraded the room. My manager Jelly is very nice, helped with every question. Very good food, clean beach. Allowed to check out later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
