Holiday inn resort Sanya bay I really liked the hotel. Thank you very much George for serving me. The service was great, 5 star hotel.

A great hotel with good amenities. Special thanks to the reception staff Link Yang for quickly resolving issues and helping with room upgrades.

Nice resort, beaches, big and comfortable room, food in Chinese restaurant is good. Buffet breakfast food quality is average.

The hotel is great, and the butler service is excellent. The room is very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I visit Sanya.

Hotel is a great one to stay in with family. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pools. We are looking forward to coming again☺️

Although we just booked a 1-day stay on our last day at Sanya, Holiday Inn Resort is definitely the best hotel during our Sanya trip. We regret already that we should have spent more days at this hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and family-friendly cosy service. Here, you can find all you need for the lovely vacation. My daughters love so much spending time here. Many thanks also to the front desk clerk WangShu( sorry, I forgot his English name) for the excellent customer service during our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Get upgraded to a two bedrooms suite for our family of six. The suite is very spacious and clean, most importantly comfortable for all of us. Our butler Link took good care of us during the stay, anything we need is just a text away and he even helped us to order food delivery 😊 our children enjoy the kids play area so much. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone especially those with young children 👍

Absolutely the best! Came with a 5 year old and we had so much fun. Great staff, clean hotel and SO MANY ACTIVITIES. Don’t wait, book this place!

We had a split stay between the holiday inn and another resort in a different area of Sanya. Unfortunately the holiday inn location is not ideal unless you don’t plan to leave the hotel. The hotel itself was great and lots to do for kids! Very equipped towards children for example so many feeding chairs, children’s cutlery, little extras like smaller slippers in the room. Really good! The food was average, there was a lot of variety but the quality of it wasn’t anything special and could deffo improve. Best part was the WeChat butler service! Mr Wesley was so informative and attentive for everything. Service was entirely in English too, big plus!! He sent a small gift for my daughter on our last night and it was the cherry on top of the cake for how great he had been during our stay.

Near to the beach, comfortable, very clean, recommend this hotel to travelers

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. The food selection was also very good. I stayed with my two daughters, and we really appreciated the many child-friendly services provided. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 6th anniversary, and we received a lovely gift, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks to staff member Xiaodongfang, who provided exceptional service. She was always quick to respond and helped us with great care and kindness for every question we had. If we ever return, we will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel amenities and services were excellent. We are specially appreciative to Wesley who are very responsive and helpful when we were in a need. In addition, buffet breakfast was delicious and offers a wide variety of options suitable for European and Asian. The beach was clean and beautiful. After the children played around the beach, they enjoyed nice and clean pools. They provide free floats and sand toys to use, which made so much ease. Bigger kids liked a lot go kart and VR experience. They had so much fun time there.  I think if their cleanliness would improve, the hotel is the best for family vacation. for example toilets are not that clean enough and there were mold edge of the shower room. after cleaning, the room smells so bad like a toilet. it seems that they have so many rooms, so housekeepers are struggling to get it clean. Maybe they should hire more staffs to clean and need to improve their supervising.  Overall we had spent great time there with my families and friends.

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

The 3 bedroom suite is awesome for my family with kids. Spacious and comfortable with ocean view. Kids centric with lots of activities catered for them. Would highly recommend this hotel.
